Accessibility and Location: Right next to De Broukere station, perfect for getting around by public transport and on foot to major sights of Brussels. Cleanliness: 10/10 Comfort: 10/10 large rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Service: Fantastic! Staff were welcoming and attentive. Good self-laundry service.

Saya menginap di hotel ini selama dua malam. Walaupun hotel ini sedang menjalani kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian semasa saya mendaftar masuk, penginapan saya tidak dihalang. Kemudahannya adil dan persekitarannya tenang. Pada hari ketiga, ketika saya hendak memperbaharui bilik saya, saya dapati hotel telah menaikkan harganya sebanyak 30%, jadi saya tidak terus menyewa.

We slept there for five quiet nights and found the staff polite and helpful. The double room and bathroom were clean, and the kitchenette was reasonably well equipped, with everything in working order. The accommodation did not have air conditioning, although the fan was adequate. Other positives include the great location near the metro and other public transport, restaurants, shops, tourist sites and 24-hour on-site service. The communal areas were clean and useful, including after checkout. Suggestions: A notice in the room regarding disposal of the rubbish since the cleaners come weekly. The landline did not work in our room. I would stay there again since the price was also reasonable and the internet was reliable.

Booked the family apartment for myself, my husband and 3 year old son. We were amazed by the size of it and the bed is huge! We were provided with rituals shower gel and hand wash which smelt amazing. The check was not as smooth as the code was incorrect but with a quick call the lady on the phone helped us quickly. The apartment was nice and clean and in great condition, even has 2 TVs with English channels. The downside to this apartment is the fact there is no interior lock on the door. My son being only 3 has opened the door and ran down the corridor, which is really unsafe and could end up outside. I would just ask the owners to put an interior lock on the door so this doesn’t happen as it it worrying when we sleep, especially as our child has different needs to most 3 year olds. We were given some toilet rolls etc. We asked the cleaners if we could have some more and they said we had to go to reception (which is pretty far away as seen as this is a self check in apartment block). Maybe this is down to us but it would have been nice if we could get toilet roll/new towels. Overall the apartment was lovely and we would love to stay again, just some minor changes would help 😀

Les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement bien aménagées. Le personnel est am très accueillant, souriant, à l'écoute... Bref un véritable bonheur !! Juste à côté du métro et le magnifique parc de cinquantenaire à à peine 10 minutes de marche, sans compter le square très joli juste en face de l'hôtel Une très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésitations !

Great location, just few minutes to the subway, local grocery store (Delhaize), 10 min to the Brussels Park and Royal Palace. Terrassa apartment was awesome - very bright, high ceilings. Comfy. All you need for a long or short stay. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very convenient for someone who doesn't like to go to restaurants 3 times a day... Huge thanks to the personnel for being so helpful and attentive. We'll be back!

J'y ai séjourné pendant une semaine. L'accueil est chaleureux et convivial. Les personnes que j'ai croisé très serviable. La chambre est très spacieuse et bien agencée. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Le lit confortable et propre. La chambre de façon générale était propre et la salle de bain également. Il est situé à proximité de carrefour supermarché et à 50 minutes à pied du centre ville (pour les amateurs de marche), métro à 2 minutes.

+ The apartment was very spacious and clean. The receptionist was super friendly my and helpful and we could store our luggage. The location is good, there are 2 metro stations close by. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable and we had a little patio. - I think that the kitchen could be more equipped (more trash bags, cutting boards, kitchen towel etc.) And I’m always missing the simplest necessities like salt & pepper or oil. The apartment from above is quite loud. You can hear every step. I don’t like that you have to pay for an „early check in“. Only two sachets of coffee for two people although we stayed two nights.
