The hotel's location is excellent, with super convenient transportation. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and professional, and they helped me solve many travel-related issues. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

On the downside, there was no heating from radiators, only from the air conditioner. Instead of a single double bed, there were two separate beds, and the mattresses kept sliding apart. Slippers were also missing. On the plus side, there was a beautiful view from the window (we booked a room with a view), and the room had a bathtub instead of a shower, which was convenient. It was quiet, and the breakfasts were decent.

Nice place to stay, good area and close to Brussels Central Station.
I 've already paid city tax with Trip.com when I booked, but when I arrived at the hotel I had to pay city tax again.

It is the second times that i stay in this hotel, the room is as good as usual, very clean and spacious, there are all the things you need for stay. The location is so great, just near the train station (only 2-3 mins walk), can easily access to most tourist destinations (like Bruges and Ghent).

This hotel is fantastic, a six-minute walk from the train station. The rooms are a good size, and you can see the spire of Brussels City Hall from the window. They offer complimentary capsule coffee and sparkling water, and it's very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

It's close to the station and tourist spots. However, the room smelled of toilet. The bathtub was nice and spacious.

The hotel leaves much to be desired for a hotel belonging to a large chain like NH. I booked a superior room, and initially, the views were fine, but the overall experience was quite disappointing.
The first night was impossible to sleep. The room's heating didn't work, the bathroom extractor fan never turned off, and there was a lot of street noise (something I already suspected because they provide earplugs in the room… which is surprising in a hotel of this category, where good soundproofing would be expected).
After that sleepless night, I went to reception and called for the maintenance team to check the problems in room 510 at 10:00 AM. After a tour, I returned around 2:00 PM, and the same receptionist from the morning shift was there, unsure if the maintenance team had checked the room. I went up to check, and everything was exactly the same.
I went back out and asked them to check it again. When I returned, nothing had been resolved. Finally, around 5:00 PM, I was attended to by María, a very kind and professional receptionist, who did help me and changed my room, explaining everything clearly.
In the new room, it seemed quieter, but the heating still wasn't working, and the bathroom extractor fan couldn't be turned off. To top it all off, when I checked the bed, I saw that the bedspread had a huge stain. Since it was my last night and the stain seemed clean but permanent, I decided not to go back down to reception.
I think a 4-star NH hotel can't afford these kinds of problems, especially when paying for a superior room. Furthermore, there were surprising maintenance and cleaning issues: a faucet was missing a piece on one of the escutcheons. The bathroom extractor fan had large visible accumulations of dust and lint. The wardrobe door squeaked and rubbed against the laminate flooring.
And, of course, there was the problem of the stained bedspread. All of this raises serious doubts about whether there is proper control by the technical service or the housekeeping staff at this hotel.
