Hotel dengan Bar di Bucharest

This is the best Holiday Inn I have stayed in. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Good for transport links by bus and tram to all parts of town. The bed is heavenly and the shower is powerful. Tea/ coffee in room, mini bar, TV and complimentary water. Although it's on a major junction, it is very well sound proofed and the blackout curtains are good, we slept really well. I eat too much at breakfast, there was so many delicious choices, hot and cold. The coffee and juice was good too. The bar is a nice comfortable place to watch the world go by. Food and drink a but pricey but expected in a hotel of this standard. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean,big rooms highly maitened Good breakfast and location is 10 min away from old city. Try the salmon salad on room service very good

The hotel was great, we were there for 3 1/2 weeks working in Bucharest but , Stephan really went out of his way to make sure my crew had an amazing time. He even suggested places for us to visit And was there anytime we need anything . You can tell He really loves his job and helping other people. Отель оставил о себе хорошее впечатление. Правда окно смотрело во внутренний двор отеля и за окном передвигались люди, может это и есть ”номер с видом”??? Еда в ресторане очень вкусная и её достаточно на ”шведском столе”, если не сказать очень достаточно и она на любой вкус :). Мини баром я не пользовался, и не совсем понял за что меня попросили заплатить два лея с копейками, может за мыло и шампуньку???

The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

The hotel was really clean, 24/7 hot water, the breakfast was satisfied and the stuff was in general kind and friendly except the guy from the night shift (not the tall one who was amazing) who was extremely rude and even ignored one person from the group when she asked him if he could bring us something. This behaviour was repeated several nights and this discouraged us from staying quietly in the hotel after the exhausting day we had spent in Bucharest.

The breakfast was included and was good enough and well stocked. The attached health club has a separate charge of 7 Euros per day- which can add up. There is not a lot within walking distance of the hotel..aside from Hard Rock Cafe and a few other replaces. So plan on using Uber to go most places. Rooms and service were good. Gift shop seems to have sporadic hours and not the ones listed.

We arrived at the hotel at 04:07 after a 12 hr journey to Bucharest. Elena (reception) told us that she had cancelled our entire booking (3 twin rooms) when we had not arrived by 04:00. Tried to explain that it was our first visit to Romania and that our minibus had failed to show at the airport resulting in us having to get two UBER’s however she was not prepared to listen to any explanations. She did say that we could have our rooms immediately if we paid again (we had paid for 3 nights b&b in advance) so we’re not prepared to pay twice. We asked to speak to a Manager (he wasn’t due on shift until 07:00). There were sofas in reception so we sat with our luggage, exhausted from the long journey. Elena put full lights on, turned the music up, hoovered around us and was in and out of the front doors every 2 minutes for a cigarette. One of our party searched the hotel website only to discover black and white print that clearly stated that check-in time was up to 05:30. They managed to get her to listen and showed her the evidence on the website to which she responded with, “I don’t know what to say!…” No apology, however it was now 05:30, almost 1.5 hrs since we arrived and she did agree to leave us check-in. We spoke to the Manager when he came on shift and he just told us he knew, he had been told and that it was okay, we have a room so it is okay now!!! Again, no apology or recognition of how bad it had been having to sit up for an additional 1.5 hrs after travelling on two long coach trips, a plane and an UBER. Rooms were basic and no change of bedding or towels the entire trip. The breakfast was probably the best part of the trip (we could only get one out of three of our breakfasts as we had to sleep through the first one as got rooms so late and we had booked an early excursion for another of the days. Beautiful country, so much to see and do, but let down by the sheer lack of empathy and remorse of staff, from the Manager down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This hotel is very nice in every respect, in its location, services. The breakfast was good, too. But there is a problem. No car, no taxi, can stop to load or unload a passenger in front of the hotel, due to road restrictions. Thus, if you have luggage, you have to carry them yourself for about 2 blocks, at the nearest permitted point, in order to arrive or depart from the hotel.

Myself, my partner and my 12 year old visited Bucharest for 3 nights last week. First of all, the hotel reception was an attractive space, scrupulously clean. The staff we encountered were all excellent English speakers and gave the impression they were very helpful ( although I'll revisit this later in the review). We arrived at almost midnight and were checked in swiftly and efficiently. When we got to our room it was clean, modern and in good condition. However we immediately discovered there were only 2 single beds, two lots of bedding and 2 lots of towels when we had booked for a pair of adults and a 12 year old girl. My partner went to reception and was told ( not at the time of check in) that the hotel was very full and they didn't even have a spare fold out bed for the night, however they would remedy that the next day as they would move us to another room. We then had to ask for an additional pillow and set of towels which was swiftly delivered to the room. We decided to turn the beds sideways and push them both together and we all just shared the makeshift bed. Our safe also didn't have a key and when we asked about this the woman at reception sent us back to check if there was a key, and said she would get it sorted, but that did not happen so we had to carry all our valuables ( passports and cash) with us at all times and take our chances leaving iPad etc in the room. The beds themselves were again scrupulously clean and very comfortable. There were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was served 7am til 10am and was a fresh and delicious continental breakfast, with something for everyone, (although some less typical options such as pasta, chocolate mousse, and mixed vegetables!) Because we were only staying 3 days and wanted to see the city we made the decision to not pursue the change of room on the morning after night one, because check out time wasn't until noon and we didn't want to have to hang around all day and waste our time in Bucharest waiting for someone else's room to be ready for us to move in to- however the staff did not contact us to ask if we wanted moving to the correct room, and seemed happy to just ' forget' that we were squeezing 3 large people into 2 single beds. On day two something happened with our toilet and it kept trickling water continously- again we went to reception and the lady said she would ask someone to come and sort it- my partner observed her speaking to the handyman on the phone, however when we returned that night the room had been cleaned but the toilet was still trickling, so my partner went back to reception and was told someone would be right up- however this didn't happen and we had to spend the entire night listening to the toilet trickle. On day 3 we were leaving, and the reception were happy to allow us to leave our suitcase behind reception until we had to leave in the evening- however this is advertised as a left luggage room, and there didn't appear to be a room, j
