The breakfast was included and was good enough and well stocked. The attached health club has a separate charge of 7 Euros per day- which can add up. There is not a lot within walking distance of the hotel..aside from Hard Rock Cafe and a few other replaces. So plan on using Uber to go most places. Rooms and service were good. Gift shop seems to have sporadic hours and not the ones listed.

Ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο Ξενοδοχείο RAMADA PLAZA και ευελπιστούμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε. Η εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό ήταν άψογη, οι εγκαταστάσεις με όλες τις τεχνολογίες και καθαρές. Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο με αρκετή ποικιλία επιλογών. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε το γυμναστήριο και το Vitality club για μασαζ, steam bath και σάουνα τα οποία απολαύσαμε. Ξεχωριστή νότα επίσης έδωσαν στις διακοπές μας και οι δύο μεγάλες πισίνες όπου περάσαμε αρκετές ώρες χαλάρωσης.

The hotel is in an obvious decline. I have been staying here for several times for more than 10 years. Always chose it because of its position and excellent breakfast. While the breakfast is still very good, the rest of the services are average or bad. The hotel needs urgent refurbishing, carpets are dirty, bathroom installations are old, ventilators are extremely noisy, the floor was full with non-functional equipment and furniture from other rooms. Although a client, I was refused by reception when I asked them to keep a bag for half hour until someone would come and pick it for me. Really rude.

Had a great stay, right in the middle of the Old Center, everything was within walking distance and very beautiful. Renovated classical buildings all around, hosting charming cafes and restaurants. The metro station was also within walking distance, but i gotta say there was no parking spots belonging to the hotel, we had to find our way, and pay for it, but close-by.

We have stayed at Mercure Unirii during a conference event I had to attend in Bucharest. It has a very good location, good accomodation facilities, excelent breakfast service, excelent cleaning, friendly and helpfull staff everywhere: Bar, Reception and especilly the responsible for the breakfast. În the morning of the checkout as I was schedule to go to a doctor check up with my 7 years old daughter we did not have time to take breakfast and the lady was very helpfull and kind saying I can take whatever I need packed to go. I really apreciate it!

I stayed in a few Holiday Inn Hotels in Europe but this one is my favourite 100%. Very clean, modern and the breakfast is just amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly! The location is also very good, close to a few tourist attractions and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants. Pe data viitoare!

The hotel was great, we were there for 3 1/2 weeks working in Bucharest but , Stephan really went out of his way to make sure my crew had an amazing time. He even suggested places for us to visit And was there anytime we need anything . You can tell He really loves his job and helping other people.
