Excellent location a few mins walk from the main train station, and a metro right outside. Friendly English speaking staff. Room was ok. Comfortable bed, good shower, AC. Cleaned daily Pillows very uncomfortable, very very uncomfortable. Wifi unreliable and no sockets NEXT to the bed. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of cooked food and cold cuts. It's a very busy and popular hotel for business trips and tour groups. I would stay here again

Very convenient hotel. 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Simple, but clean.Toilet a bit small with door opening inwards makes it a bit of squeeze to get out! Food choice sparce. Good security ( need key to use the lift.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean. Breaksfast next door, not a problem, again clean and fictional, helpful staff. Would use again.

I had a very pleasant stay & I happily recommend a stay at Hello Hotels. The location is very convenient to the Metro station & the main train station. The breakfast is filling with a variety of fresh food. Enjoy your stay!

Pros: The location is very convenient, close to the metro yellow line and the train station. The staff served at night was superb. Also like the setting of the room as a sole traveler (separate toilet, sink and bathroom without lock) Cons: There was no water boiler. The room with no ventilation if you shut the window in Autumn. However, there was insect flew inside if you open the window.

The location is its greatest advantage. Next to the metro entrance, and only 5 mins walk to the Gara de Nord. But the amenities are just not that good. No kettle, no refrigerator. Considering its price, these are acceptable. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel, especially considering the affordable price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. My room was comfortable, with the exception of the toilet's privacy features. While the glass door provided some privacy, it wasn't completely opaque and didn't extend to the ceiling. This could be a concern for guests sharing a room with multiple people. A more traditional, full-height bathroom door might be a worthwhile upgrade for future renovations. With this small change, I believe the hotel could be an excellent choice for budget-minded travelers.

Very hotel with a very good location and convenient parking available. The entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. Toilet was a bit weird for me but overall was good.

A very good budget hotel , location is not in the centre , however abundance public transport is on the door step . North Rail Train Station direct from OTP is only a five minute walk. Room itself is very clean but basic. First night , the Aircon was not working ,it’s in roasting temperature . Room changed next day . Staff is good and breakfast is adequate . For the money I paid , it’s very good value. I bought a 72 hours tourist card for 40 Lei at the airport train station , it covered all public transport and I used multiple times, even to Therme Spa . Will I stay again ? Very likely .

Cheap and basic . U can t stay more than two nights cause of the bed . Rooms generally are cleaned .

Reasonably basic hotel but comfortable, room has aircon. Staff friendly and spoke going English. Under 10 walk from Gara Nord.

I like to come to this hotel every time when I am in Bucharest. It's well located and comfortable.

It's a good value hotel close to the main train station, however a bit far away from the city centre.

The hotel is located conveniently near the train station which is easily accessible to the airport. The hotel is very basic but you pay for what you get! It’s around a 40 minute into the city centre from the hotel. A subway station is located nearby.
