A beautiful hotel conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants! It's an ideal base for exploring Budapest. The room was like new with a wonderful bath. Plus, the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus has a lovely spa with a swimming pool. 😀 We also had a delicious meal at the Nobu Restaurant! We will definitely be back to this hotel.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Right behind it is the commercial center Flosmarti Square, and just down from the square is Váci Street, which leads directly to the Central Market. The Parliament Building is only about a 20-minute walk away, so it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The room features a great wet/dry separation, and the design is very well thought out, with a spacious shower. The hotel's room service is excellent; they even come in every afternoon to turn down the bed, tidy up, and close the curtains to create a perfect sleeping atmosphere. The front desk check-in was a bit frosty. Initially, when we arrived around 1 or 2 PM, they insisted check-in was strictly at 3 PM. However, after asking someone nearby, who might have been a manager, they said we could check in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, with a shopping street right downstairs, and it's very convenient to walk to attractions like the Parliament building.

Also, dear hotel management, you have an absolutely amazing front desk employee named Anastasia. The location is great, and the overall stay was good. However, there are three issues I need to point out: First, we asked the front desk for ice, and after 20 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. We called again, and the front desk agent was very polite, asking us to wait a moment, but the ice still never came. Second, the credit card deposit for check-out was supposed to be refunded in a few days, but it's been a week now and it still hasn't been returned. I've emailed the hotel and received no reply, so I have no idea when I'll get it back (this is the slowest refund among all the hotels we stayed at during our two-week Europe trip). Third, the deluxe room I booked, according to the pictures and videos, was supposed to have a bathtub. In reality, my room didn't have one (I carefully reread the room description and found it stated "shower or bathtub"). The room size was listed as 28-30 square meters, but I'd say it was more like 24-26 square meters; opening two 29-inch suitcases in the hallway made it feel quite cramped.

City center location, only a 10-minute walk to the suspension bridge. It was okay, nothing special.

Great location! Everything else was just okay. European hotels really can't compare to those in China.

This hotel continues the European aristocratic style, with a very welcoming reception, good room size, and an excellent location.

Extremely disappointing stay and far below the standard expected from a five-star Kempinski hotel. We had been granted a complimentary late checkout by a staff member, but this was not communicated internally. During checkout, Lila told us we had to pay for an additional hour and was rude and dismissive when we explained that the late checkout had already been approved. She appeared unwilling to believe us and only verified the arrangement after we repeatedly asked her to contact her colleague. We were made to feel as though we were being dishonest when the issue was caused by the hotel’s own lack of communication. I also asked Lila for an itemised receipt for our in-room dining charges. She appeared visibly annoyed and insisted that she could only provide a general receipt. Having worked in hospitality before, I know that an itemised bill should normally be retrievable, but she seemed unwilling to assist. The in-room dining service was equally disappointing. The employee taking our breakfast enquiry audibly sighed when I asked about an item on the menu and gave an unclear explanation. We were told that the selected side dishes were included, but we were later charged separately for them. The only positive part of the experience was a lady wearing spectacles and an outer coat who assisted us shortly before we left. She may have been a manager, and she was professional, calm and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not manage to get her name. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Poor internal communication, misleading information and dismissive service are unacceptable, especially at a hotel of this supposed standard. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

Great location, very close to where you can take Danube river cruises, and there's a Christmas market nearby, which creates a festive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the price was a bit high when booked for New Year's Eve.

Great location, friendly service, and clean rooms. Breakfast was decent, but they seemed to struggle when it got crowded.

Very clean and has everything you need. Excellent, responsive staff who easily speak all common languages. The parking is very convenient; the staff park the car themselves, so you don't have to bother.
