Hotel was excellent for the price, with very helpful staff. The breakfast options were great, and the location was good. The room was nice and clean.

Please do not use theit "privat" taxi service, the driver promises to send you a bill by email for which you have to write down your email and address. But, you will not receive the bill and wonder what they are doing with your details? Sell it to spammers or hackers?

The hotel is located in the literary and artistic area of ​​the city center, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. It is opposite the airport bus station and not far from the main attractions of Budapest. The location is very good! The decoration of the hotel is very stylish and matches the style of the nearby blocks, but the room area is really small. The twin room of only 16 square meters is not suitable for carrying large luggage. Boxes larger than 20 inches are difficult to unfold. The refrigerator is used as a bedside table, and the shower head in the bathroom turns by itself! The facilities are not complete. Apart from a refrigerator, there is no coffee or tea. There are only two cups and a bottle of filtered water as a check-in gift. There is a street outside the window, and it is a bit noisy downstairs in the middle of the night. The sound insulation effect is average.

Superbly located hotel right in the heart of Budapest. The area is very safe and has a great atmosphere both day and night. The facilities are quite new and nice; the room isn't huge but more than adequate for sleeping. The bathroom is a great size and spotlessly clean, which is the most important thing. It has carpeting, which is very clean, although if you suffer from allergies…it might not be the best option. The breakfast is good, a little bit of everything to start the day off right! The staff are very friendly in general, and they give you some chocolates when you leave, which is always appreciated. The metro is right next door, and the bus to the airport is a 1-minute walk away! If we return to Budapest, we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very nice, with a strategic location. It's easy to get everywhere. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help.
