The hotel staff were super friendly and thoughtful. The location was great — really easy to get around by bus or metro, and it’s right on Andrassy Avenue, so walking around was super nice too. It felt safe and quiet, especially with the South Korean Embassy just across the street. The breakfast buffet was amazing — great quality and lots of options. Highly recommended!!

i truly enjoyed stay here. although everything was wonderful, i was particularly satisfied by service. everyone was professional and kind. highly recommend it other travelers.

They party at midnight and it lasted for at least 3 hours in the lobby lounge!

The hotel is in a great location, near Heroes' Square and surrounded by embassies. The South Korean Embassy is across the street, and it's a one- or two-minute walk from the subway. The breakfast was excellent (although it was the same every day, the quality was excellent. On our last day, I noticed a hair in the bowl of baked beans and tomato sauce. After I told the waitress, she brought it in, dumped the entire bowl, and made a new one). I stayed for four nights. I arrived in the morning on the first day, and the front desk agent was very friendly and immediately arranged a room. After waiting for over an hour to check in, I was given a very small room (Figures 1 and 2). I was very particular about the balcony, so I searched for "balcony" before booking this hotel. I also saw photos of balconies in the reviews, but after a four-night stay, such a small room was unacceptable. I also noticed hair and dust on the sink, so I went to the front desk to request a room change. They gave me a room on the second floor (four floors in total) with a balcony, facing the elevator. (Those who care about facing the elevator should avoid the hotel's 10 rooms, such as 210, 310, and 410, as shown in the picture). Upon entering, I found unflushed toilet paper in the toilet, so I went back to the front desk, but they said they had no rooms available. That's when Ctrip's powerful support came in. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and a representative named Rita worked tirelessly to coordinate with the hotel and got me a room on a high floor (Figures 3 and 4). Although there were still hairs on the bed, the overall experience was great. Ctrip is still the go-to for international travel!

A somewhat dated hotel in the embassy district near Heroes' Square. Easily accessible via the M1 metro stop at Bajza utca, a 150-meter walk away. We booked two nights in a junior suite. It was quietly located on the 4th floor with large windows and a small balcony accessed via the bathroom. The furniture showed obvious signs of wear, but the room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything you need was there. The breakfast was excellent, and special requests were immediately accommodated. Very friendly and accommodating staff. So far, the best value in Budapest.

An elegant and well-maintained hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The location is excellent, right on Andrássy Avenue, ideal for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, always available to offer advice and assistance. The high-quality facilities and services make for a very pleasant stay. An excellent choice for a couples' holiday in Budapest.
