Hotel berhampiran Kutyafuttató, Budapest

Premesso che il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato prenotato dall'azienda che ci ha ospitato per un evento, ma è inaccettabile che un posto simile sia aperto. Mancanza di igiene, non parliamo poi di misure covid, che forse non sanno nemmeno dell'esistenza. Stanza inaccettabile, pulizia inesistente, phon non pervenuto, letto e cuscini scomodi, stanze rumorose (nonostante la zona fosse apparentemente deserta, il passare di ogni auto era talmente fastidioso da sembrare che l'auto fosse fuori della stanza!) Ma la cosa più vergognosa, 12euro di parcheggio...in uno spazio nemmeno recintato o sorvegliato ma semplicemente nel ”giardino” incolto antistante l'entrata dell'hotel. Mi dispiace non aver avuto il tempo di fare foto, essendo arrivato alle 3 di notte e la mattina ripartito alle 6 per poi tornarci solo la sera seguente e fare il check out immediato nonostante il cliente ci avesse pagato 3 notti ! Sembrava di essere tornati indietro nel tempo!!! Da dimenticare e soprattutto da non prendere in considerazione un soggiorno qui! NON ANDATECI !!!

The hotel is very beautiful and modern and the staff very welcoming. not knowing the city, they do not hesitate to advise me on places to visit and explain to me how to get around with public transport. The room was very comfortable and modern corresponding to all my expectations. The only small negative point that I could cite is the restricted opening hours of the restaurant and the bar. Taking into account the neighborhood (8th arrondissement), I would have preferred to eat at the hotel than to have to go out or order. In summary, a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Convenient location just across from train station, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, breakfast is good, and included, beds are a little hard for us but others preferred hard so it's just personal preference I guess. Overall very good value.

The rooms are run down and very little money has been spent on improvements. It was annoying that the manager asked me to pay up front for my four days to stay at the Omega. Generally I pay at check out time. The manager insisted on three occasions overall. I suspected that previous guests had given him a bad time about their experiences. The reality check came for me on the third day in the afternoon. There was a sudden hard rain in the afternoon at about 4:00 pm just as I was arriving back to my room. the drainage system is ineffective. The floors throughout the hotel had been flooded out. Given the rooms are on the first floor I can not work out how this happened. There was a very bad smell of contaminated water sort of like diluted sewerage water near the reception area and throughout the corridor and staff were busy trying to soak up the water. I was lucky as the bad smell was not in my room but one other guest was irate. Neither of us will be staying here ever again. The only outstanding feature of the Omega is the woman that is on reception. She was friendly, honest, helpful and knew the importance of having a good relationship with guests. Omega management can turn this into a good hotel. Just spend money on maintenance and simple upgrades.

Definitely one of the best hotel that I have been stayed …5stars hotel with 5 stars service and the bed is super comfortable…. Everything is just too awesome … remember to included your breakfast so that u can have your meal in the world number one cafe New York cafe which is just at the hotel itself , book the hotel and you can skip the queue. New York cafe queue never ending as I see

Apartment central. Room was nice. Reception staff not the most friendliest. The beds in the apartment are 2 single beds on wheels not ideal for married couples who are having a weekend away and wanna cuddle up at night. Glasses provided and there was another guests crisps in cupboard. These should be binned as open and unhygienic eating crisps someone has had their hands in. Rooms cleaned daily. A few times maids came in when we were in our single beds. Took towel and never replaced them, had to get out shower to go down and get new towels. It is quite noisy as apartment is on main road. There is blinds on the windows. There is brown curtains but they don’t fit the window so the sun shines in and wakes you up. No chance of a long lie. Beware of street taxis - they will try rip you off when you have been drinking alcohol. I’d download bolt - just like Uber. Kebab shop a few doors down - lovely food Spar straight across the road. Close to some fab bars. Unsure if we would stay here again.

We had an amazing time at UP hotel Budapest. Staff are polite and professional, our room and the hotel were clean, breakfast were good selections of foods and drinks and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. They don’t have kid’s menu so they provided pasta based on my child’s request. My child really enjoyed eating them.I definitely recommend UP hotel Budapest and would like to go back one day.

Hotel was heel schoon, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt waar je van alles kon krijgen. Wij waren er gedurende het EK 2024 en elke wedstrijd werd uitgezonden in de lobby. Locatie: qua afstand vd stad was het wel wat verder. Maar bepaalde bezienswaardigheden waren weer heel dicht bij zoals de kettingbrug. Er is een klein supermarktje in de straat em op loop afstand is er fashion street. Enige minpunt dat de deken even groot was als het bed ipv een maatje groter. Als je je dus omdraaide had je een blote rug.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to public transportation. The tram is right across the street and the Metro station just a short walk away. You can also walk across to the other side of town where all the stores and restaurants are by using the Chain Bridge. However the bridge was closed for pedestrians last month, not sure if it is now open. Our room was a good size and we had a beautiful view of the Danube river and the Parliament. The small balcony outside our window needed to be cleaned though, as there were spider webs everywhere. Realized that after I stuck my head outside to look at the view.. You can also look outside the window in the hallway when you get off the elevators. It has a nice view of the castle at night. Bathroom was fine, there was a nice bathtub with a nice shower but I found the bathtub very high and it took me extra effort to climb in and out. Never had that problem before but for some reason this tub was not easy to climb into. The breakfast had many yummy choices. There were not many changes in what they offered everyday, but still they had many choices and also many different coffees you could prepare on the machine. Front desk staff were cordial and one young man in particular was very helpful with everything that we needed. I don't remember his name but he was in his 30s I believe with a goatie. All in all we enjoyed our stay! The only thing we wished is that this hotel had a pool, but oh well!

Fantastisch!! We waren drie uur te vroeg maar kregen, ongevraagd en heel vriendelijk, een andere kamer waardoor we niet in de lobby hoefden te wachten. De kamer was keurig opgeruimd, heerlijk bed, nette badkamer, kortom tiptop in orde. De verschillende zwembaden en het bubbelbad waren schoon en mooi dus erg aangenaam. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid zodat er zelfs voor kieskeurige mensen als mijn vrouw en ik wat lekkers, en gezonds, te krijgen was. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Dit bleek o.a. uit dat mijn vrouw onwel was geworden door iets wat we in de stad hadden gegeten en daardoor vroeg ik laat in de avond enkele stuks fruit en de volgende dag een latere checkout wat we ook weer kosteloos aangeboden kregen. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen dan is dat dit prachtige hotel al wat ouder is waardoor de luxe niet meer helemaal up to date is, voor ons was dat helemaal geen probleem en zou ik zelfs zeggen dat we het als een pluspunt zagen. Het is wellicht wat duurder dan doorsnee hotels maar het is 100% waar voor je geld!! Fantastic!! We were three hours early but were given another room, unsolicited and very kindly, so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. The room was very tidy, wonderful bed, nice bathroom, in short, in tiptop order. The various pools and hot tub were clean and beautiful so very enjoyable. The breakfast was very extensive so that even picky people like my wife and I could get something tasty and healthy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This showed, among other things, in that my wife had become unwell due to something we had eaten in the city, so I asked for some fruit late in the evening and a later checkout the next day, which we again were offered free of charge. If I had to mention something negative, it is that this beautiful hotel is a bit older, so the luxury is no longer completely up to date, for us that was no problem at all and I would even say that we saw it as a plus. It may be a bit more expensive than average hotels but it is 100% value for money!!
