Un très bel établissement très bien situé pour visiter Budapest, car la localisation est centrale et elle est très bien desservie par les moyens de transports. En effet, vous avez une ligne de métro et une ligne de bus juste en face de l'hôtel. La décoration est très belle et le personnel offre un service de premier ordre. Un seul bémol à notre expérience, notre chambre du 5ème avait 2 fenêtres en très hautes n'offrant aucune possibilité d'avoir une vue sur l'extérieur. Cette information, n'a pas été portée à notre connaissance à la réservation.

The personnel at the Ritz Carlton is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, everyone one I was in contact with was eager to help me with any question or request I had. Rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The location is central and easily accessible by car. Every time I leave the hotel, I hope I will return at least once more.

位置超級棒，到哪裡都方便，酒店每位員工都很nice，見面都會打招呼，沒有種族歧視，問問題很耐心，酒店內有opera購票中心，下午茶的紅葡萄酒很好喝，並且有鋼琴演奏，運氣好還有美女歌手。早歺也好吃，可以現在場點歺．軟的水煮蛋特別好吃。早歺的硅魚超好吃，惟一遺憾的是房間沒有燒水壺，沒有牙刷牙膏。

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end it our trip. We booked the hexagon suite with our two children, the beds were extremely comfortable the room had more than enough space for us all, the room and bathrooms were so clean and the staff were helpful, happy and really made our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, and the omelet at breakfast ☺️

I will write a detailed review purely because another hotel I wasn’t even staying at saved us on this occasion. I booked for my 30th birthday with my partner to stay here purely because it is supposed to be at five star hotel upon arrival I was asked to sign a waiver form that they told me wasn’t actually accurate information this doesn’t give you much confidence as a customer because you’re signing something that is invalid. Then further to this I was given a complimentary drinks voucher for both of us hold that note. I have made the hotel aware before it was my 30th birthday as I was hoping they would put something special on as we couldn’t travel and arrange anything in time as I was on a previous holiday when booking. When I arrive to the room it was very warm but as the temperature was cold outside it almost felt nice, however I noticed a problem as the thermostat was on zero but didn’t want to cause an issue so waited until the morning of which I actually woke up very unwell with extreme cold as I had to open the door throughout the night to control the temperature of the room I reported this at 8 am at the reception however nothing was done about this there was numerous issues throughout the day with the hotel the lift broke down The spa was extremely small and hygienic very dirty in the sauna things left around the Jacuzzi that was not good for sanitation reasons. it was really cold and unenjoyable there is actually no staff to order drinks and fruit of which I wanted and I had to walk to reception in my swimming costume to find out where the staff was they couldn’t locate the staff member for a long while and when they finally did she came in slumped herself on the chair and went on her phone it was really not a relaxing atmosphere looked very tacky. At this point my friends are really disappointed with what I was experiencing for my 30th birthday -they was staying at hotel number 26 Budapest.** which I couldn’t Recommend enough the hospitality and customer service skills despite their only a four star hotel was unmatched**they put on balloons complimentary drinks and a desire to celebrate my birthday. The cleaners came to change the room as they do and they actually took our complimentary Drinks vouchers from the room -at this point I was just completely done. of which when I raised these issues with the hotel they have stated that I’ve never gone to reception and mentioned anything about the heating when I clearly did they would have me on CCTV and they didn’t even know what I was talking about about a complimentary drinks voucher at that point obviously I didn’t wanna spend any more time in this hotel because I’ve been shown a better Time by a hotel I wasn’t even staying at that was actually one star less. For anyone staying in this hotel please do not pay more than £50 a night this is not a five star hotel this gives more like a 3 star with the spa facilities being very old and rundown The staff have zero experience with hosting an

Upon checking in, the reception asked if we would prefer: 1) rooms facing the street (thus with river view) but a bit louder because of the traffic OR 2) rooms not facing the street so it will be more quiet We decided to choose the first option and were very glad with our decision because of the breathtaking view. The room was located on the fifth floor and the soundproof was good! It is slightly further from the city centre (tourists area) but the public transport system is amazing and frequent. Free coffee at the lobby and buffet breakfast is also included. Highly recommended because best value for price!

Un unico difetto che è stato in grado di rovinare il mio soggiorno a Budapest: IMPOSSIBILE DORMIRE LA NOTTE. Capisco che sia un ostello, capisco che sia un ”party hostel”. Non pretendevo un silenzio tombale, ma la musica a tutto volume non si può tollerare! I bassi insopportabili. Neanche i tappi hanno potuto salvarmi. Non esiste un tetto tra il piano con le camere e il piano con il bar/discoteca. La prima notte hanno staccato alle 6.30 am, la seconda notte alle 3.00 am, la terza notte alle 4.00 am.

This botique hotel did not fail us. We had challenges getting there due to weather and flights but we made it. Very personal checkin, glass of lemonaid and a very nice room. Not big but it worked. Well appointed. When we travel we spend little time in the room. The breakfast which was included in my TripMaster vacation package was fabulous. Some of the best service and food ever and we are somewhat foodies. My wifes favorite part of the day. They go over the top to please. Changing daily. Wonderful fresh smoothies, egg dishes, cheeses, meats, salmon. I cannot say enough. Coffees were to die for as well. The area the hotel is in is quiet and very safe. Excellant eating choices nearby and within seconds you can walk to major City craziness. Such a fun City. There were a lot of huge impersonal hotels near and nobody looking excited but that is not what I look for. I look for smiles, conversation, sense of pride in doing what they do. This place checked all those boxes for us. In closing. Coming from the states and observing general online conversation there are a whole lot of people who complain about anything and are difficult to please. Its like the new norm to show your travel and dining expectations. My goal in travel is to leave that whole image behind. Rarely are things perfect. But the way you embrace the overall experience and be that cheerful traveler is a blessing.

Just come back from a 2-night stay at the Eurostars Danube hotel in Budapest. Because of it central location and proximity to the main-line tram/metro/bus stops at Deák Ferenc tér, we simply caught the 100E bus from the airport (for 1500 HUF per adult - that's £3.50 in GBP) and walked he 3 minutes to the hotel! The hotel itself is hidden away behind the main road but easy to find. We found the room clean and spacious. We had booked breakfast (recommended) which consisted of the usual continental cheeses/meats, as well as a hot selection and pastries. All very good. Because of it's central location we found it very easy to get around the city - I'd highly recommend the 72 hour Budapest Travelcard (for 5500 HUF or £12.75) which you can use for multiple trips on the metro, tram, or bus. This has the added advantage that it does not need to be validated (you can read the issues people have about validating single tickets on these forums!) We'd definitely stay here again.

Excelente alojamiento, ubicado en la cuarta planta de un edificio muy bonito, excelente ubicacion, sin ruido, apartamento amplio, camas confortables y todo lo necesario para estar comodo, cerca de todos los sitios turisticos y en pleno barrio judio, cerca de los ruins bars y cerca de medios de transporte metro/bus etc, restaurantes y pequeños comercios para comprar. . Muy buen precio. Nosotros estuvimos alojados en un duplex/atico con dos dormitorios dobles y estancia adicional para otra persona, y baño comnpleto en la parte de arriba, una terraza amueblada con buenas vista y en la zona de abajo un aseo y cocina/salon compartido. Muy comodo y bien decorado. Hay otros apartamentos mas pequeños pero el concepto es el mismo. El dueño muy amable. Ideal para una estancia en Budapest.

We loved this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we had booked for longer. The hotel is set back in a square and not immediately visible from the road but no difficulty in finding it. We stayed in room 701. The beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious. No noise from outside or inside the hotel was heard which enabled a great sleep. We had a coffee machine in our room but it had no instructions and we had no idea how to use it but there is a coffee machine at reception available all the time which supplies delicious coffee. The buffet breakfast was more than we could ask for with fabulous scrambled eggs! We had a late flight but the hotel supplies lockers for luggage free of charge so we were able to make the most of our last day. All members of staff were helpful and friendly and our housemaid was lovely. This hotel is in a lovely area for exploring and very central. We would definitely return!

The hotel is situated in the middle of the Jewish district, which is vey lively all day and nights, with restaurants and bars. My room was bright, clean and quiet. The view on the courtyard was lovely on a Sunday. I like the friendly staff at the reception and enjoyed the breakfast in the canteen.

The airport shuttle bus 100E drops only a few minutes walk away from the hostel. (30mins travel) Very useful. There is a socket and reading light next to each bed and I had a change of bedding on my second day. I feel that this is due to there being no bed bookings and you choose your own, so they don't know which bed is still in use. There's a danger you may lose your bed if you don't leave things on it. There was a shared bathroom with a toilet in it and a locker provided in the room too. I brought my own towel as this was not provided. There is shower gel provided in the shower. A really central hostel, though they're is a hub of bars directly opposite, so they're is a lot of noise until very late which means I had disrupted sleep both nights. Plenty of takeaway places close for quick bites to eat and lots of café spots close too. This hostel is also very close to get to the main sights and starts of walking tours also if you'd be doing this too.
