Отличный отель. Уютный, чистый, все организовано и продуманно. Бесплатная парковка, пляж в 100 метрах. Номер небольшой, но со всем необходимым (чайников и бесплатной воды в номерах, видимо, во всей Черногории не предоставляют). Завтраки отличные, вкусные и сытные, бассейн с сауной на втором этаже. Единственное, если рано ложитесь спать - берите номера с видом на парковкой (они без балкона, вида на море, но зато никто не будет ходить и петь песни по ночам под балконом). Особое спасибо русскоговорящей девушке на рецепшн - моментально и недорого повысила категорию номера, и просто очень красивая!

Condo hotel Allure is just amazing! we had a great time, although we have booked just few nights. Everything is super clean and brand new, and in top location. One of the best things is garage which is quite cheap ( 17eur ) looking from perspective that Budva is traffic nightmare. Staff is very polite and professional, somewhere acting as your own concierge since you can bother them with numerous questions/issues and they will solve. And we have even met owner Drasko who is guru when it comes to advices related to whole Montenegro coast, and he knows people and knows places. We have even talked a bit about real estate and if you plan to invest he is the guy to ask, and for sure he will help you! One more time huge thanks and this 5* condo really deserves 5*.

First and foremost -the hospitality - both Liliana and her husband always there to help and make sure a pleasant stay with a worm welcome and great recommendations for restaurants, for day planning and places to visit. Great and fresh breakfast, clean modern rooms. Definitely recommended and will be happy to come back.

As a solo traveller, I was joining a group for an organised tour of Monte*****. I was very happy with the hotel as our base, it was spotlessly clean, the staff were professional and friendly. The public rooms and outside seating areas are very comfortable. Perfect for socialising after dinner! My room was comfortable and quite spacious. I had not expected a kettle but, there was one. No tea/coffee provided though. Shops are nearby and there was a fridge in the room, so easily remedied. (Teabags not readily found though! So, bring your own if you like a cuppa in your room!) As others have stated, the breakfast buffet is quite remarkable! So much choice!!! Cooked items, continental and local delicacies too! And cake! It was good to be able to try some quite different foods. Dinner again buffet style had numerous offerings. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Отель ни плох.Хороший вид балкона и здорово посидеть вечером с чашечкой кофе на балконе или утром или вечером.Бассейн на крыше впечатляет.Но заявленные спа,конечно ни то,что хотелось бы видеть и пользоваться.На второй день пользования спа,сломался хамам.На завтраках ,забыли поставить масло для салата.И хотелось конечно в омлете видеть настоящий яйца,а ни порошковую смесь для омлета.Т.е если вы хотите омлет ни стоит в принципе в отелях его заказывать.

We arrived having booked an apartment with a terrace to be told we’d have to go into a room for a couple of days as a window had been broken in our apartment. We were promised a discount/refund. The room was on the first floor and ok, fairly spacious with a balcony over looking the street. There was a fridge and a kettle in the wardrobe but had to plug the kettle in on the floor by the plug socket. We pushed to be moved into the apartment which is what we prefer. It was after 3 nights when we moved and we wished we hadn’t. Although fairly spacious, there was one window which faced a wall so was very dark and depressing. The terrace…was about 3 feet wide just outside the apartment and faced a wall with a tall building. It was so depressing we actually went to Dubrovnik for 2 nights so we didn’t have to stay in it. We got 30 euros for our refund. Lady running it was helpful and apologetic but it didn’t really help.

Firstly the resort is absolutely huge. It is made up of the hotel plus private residence properties. I would say overwhelming big! So much so that it loses authenticity because you just feel lost and like your in a community, not on holiday. The plus side to this is there are golf buggy's with drivers readily available to take you wherever you need to go on the resort. We used them for getting from our hotel building to the front gate because it's a bit of a walk. On this, if you want to get a taxi they will collect you from the front gate of the resort unless you want them to come into the resort for an extra 2 EUR. The hotel itself or at least the part we stayed in was immaculate. I cannot fault the rooms, beds were comfy, shower was hot and good pressure etc. Housekeeping providing bottled water daily which is a nice touch although it is left out to get warm which isn't so great. There is a small fridge in the room but this is stocked up with the mini bar items. The reception staff were friendly, really helpful and welcoming. There was always someone available on reception when we phoned down to get a taxi, something we really did appreciate. There is a free speed boat taxi service that runs every hour from the hotel to Old Town Budva for hotel guests and only takes 10 minutes which we weren't aware of before we arrived, this was a pleasant surprise and something we made good use of. A trustworthy taxi is approx 6-8 EUR to old town. If you get in the wrong taxi it can cost you 30 EUR which we experienced on our trip. My advice get the boat if you can or be extra careful when using taxi's! Always get the hotel to call the taxi for you and be vigilant about what car you get into! Sadly everything else we experienced was disappointing and it is not worth the money to stay here. At the point of check in (9th Sep) we were advised that 4 out of the 5 restaurants within the resort were closed because it was considered to be out of season. This is not something that we were made aware of when booking. We booked this hotel because of the choice of restaurants and to find this out on arrival was very disappointing. We were told the seafront restaurant was open but prices are not reasonable, 30 EUR for a burger at lunch time. There was a small restaurant called Infinity that was used to serve breakfast for the guests. This is also a let down. The staff in this restaurant are rude and inattentive and only wait on guests that speak their language. On the first day we were not greeted by anyone when we walked in, we found a table to sit at hoping this was ok and then assumed we could just go up and help our self to the buffet style continental breakfast that was available. No waiting staff came over to us. My husband has a peanut allergy so had to speak to someone to find out what he could or couldn't eat as this was also not made clear. Beautiful self catering apartment in the quieter end of Budva (away from families and clubs), set just into the mountains. Great views from the balcony and indoor dining area, staff with excellent English and very friendly. Rooftop pool is very small but lots of sun beds and amazing to see the sea from up there and watch birds flying overhead as you cool down in the water. Very clean, good ensuite facilities, easy access to grocery stores and short walk to the beach and restaurants. Slightly longer walk to the old town (around 1.5 miles along the beach). We were on the 4th floor with wonderful views. (Only slight downside was no lift so a lot of stairs to climb. Good exercise!) Highly recommended!

I long wondered if the star system is self appointed as the difference between hotels that claim to be 5 star varies so greatly. One also has to acknowledge that luxury is subjective and therefore even human reviews make it difficult to navigate. However here we go with my thoughts on our stay. The rooms are of a fine size. As a family of four I would say a snug fit. Bath and shower in bathrooms. The sofa is fine for a child, but two children was a challenge, so we had one stay in our bed. Which is a large 2 x 2. The room was clean, but not spotless and refurbishment is needed to bring it up to a more modern feel. If you pay for pool view then ask to be 3-7 floor to allow for a sea view. Our level one view was pool and people outside our balcony about a meter away. The pools are great, however here too the wear and tear is evident, with loose ladders or old tiles. The QR code system for drinks and food was efficient. We never struggled to find places to sit, however being a huge hotel the crowds can be overwhelming. The has been much excitement in reviews around the beach however we felt very underwhelmed. The sardine element of being shoulder to shoulder on grey pebbles/sand was not our idea of luxury. The food unfortunately was average but at 5 star prices. The buffet is big, but the quality of certain items is terrible. My never waste hubby, had to dispose of the prawns at first mushy defrosted bite. However we had some nice meats and fish from the bbq at the beach restaurant and the pizza was ok. Kids club was a favourite for the kids, lots of activities and both the 4 & 10 yo had fun. Service was always friendly, varying sometimes in skills. A peeve of ours was the very tacky cornering of water fountain for dinner with cardboard. It doesn’t scream even 3 star. We drink sparkling so would order regardless, but in this heat with mostly kids, it seems in bad form. Just like paid for coffee in your room. We personally would not come back and don’t see the value, however I think it’s not a bad hotel for a family, definitely would not recommend for couples.
