Hotel Perniagaan Terbaik di Buenos Aires

Bastante cómodo, muy bien ubicado, amplio y sobre todo no especulan con el tema cambiario. Si pagas con tarjeta, el banco te devuelve algunos dólares al convertirlos a dólar turista (que es algo mejor que el dólar oficial). Puedes también pagar en efectivo en pesos.

Este Hotel se encuentra en una perfecta ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo, con supermercados, restaurantes en sus alrededores y lo más importante cerca de muchos puntos turístico, lo que permite llegar caminando a estos lugares. En relación a la habitación puedo decir que en general era bastante acogedora, solo encontré que era un poco oscura, el desayuno excelente, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a responder y ayudar.

We arrived yesterday after a night flight… our tour company Condor Travel arranged for an early check in at 0830 am which was very helpful. The room is clean and has a great shower. Sadly the room noise from the air conditioning was very loud through the night. We can also hear the elevator… and I think the breakfast restaurant must be above us as we were woken up at approximately 4am with music… as we are returning shortly after a few days away… we will request a better room. The maintenance man was brilliant… we couldn’t get the safe to close or the air conditioning to work… we put a call into reception desk and within 10 minutes it was all sorted…thank you. We ate in the main restaurant for lunch the Caesar Salad was first class and the club sandwich big enough for 2 with fries. We will update on our return in a few days.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Estive em março neste hotel modesto. O elevador simplesmente não funciona bem. É muito pequeno e leva uma eternidade para subir ou descer. Na ocasião, soube que alguns hóspedes ficaram presos nele. Segundo o recepcionista, ele é quatro estrelas, mas a meu ver três estaria de muito bom tamanho. Café da manhã bom. Fica próximo da rua Florida que, por sinal, não tem graça nenhuma.

725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

We were on an extended trip that not included BA but Iguazu in the North all the way down to Antarctica. We used the Sheraton as our ”base” camp if you will. We stayed 3 times over the course of almost 4 weeks. The team here was very gracious and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags while gone (i.e. leave the hot clothes or the cold clothes depending on which direction we were going). Everyone was very helpful. The rooms were of good size. Only thing to look out for is the Air conditioners. I think they have them on motion detectors so if the room is empty they are off, but if you are moving around they come on. Never was fond of this technology as it can get hot at night while sleeping, and best we could tell there was no way to override the system. Regardless, the location is fine, near many things like the train station, the cruise port, the domestic airport etc. Good area to walk around in. The Concierge lounge is average, nothing over the top but very sufficient. All in all we had very nice stays and will stay here again on future trips.

This hotel has a great location. Two blocks from plaza San Martin and the red tourism bus stop #11. a very walkable with eateries, restaurants and convenience stores all within a block. Right next door is a nice church. The place is super clean and breakfast has a great many things to pick from. There is a pool on the 12th floor as well as a sauna and exercise room. Pool towels available in reception.
