Everything about the hotel was great. It was an oasis within Buenos Aires. Our room was very quiet and there were plenty of places within the hotel to relax. We hardly ever saw other guests. All the staff were very friendly especially Emmanuel and Raul and nothing was ever too much to ask. The breakfast offerings were well thought out. The hotel is in a quiet street and very close to many cafes and restaurants. I will certainly stay there again next time we go to Buenos Aires.

you will find yourself in an old museum which was refurbished to be a hotel now; staff very attentive, especially at the reception all your questions and requests will be answered/solved; rooms quite big, hight ceilings, bathroom with natural stone (ours had bath tub with fixed shower head on the wall - not moveable); water pressure was good, hair dryer average but much better than those small Valera (R) which to be found often across Europe; breakfast: a quite limited offer but the food was of a good quality; coffee comes out of pots (filter) - there is a capsule machine available; location is quite central - 5-10 walking mins to metro/plaza de Mayo; restaurants: "puerta del inca" in the same building (very good) or to be found at the old harbor (Juana Manuela Gorriti)

Amazing room, great bed, nice bathtub. Super location just a few steps from Plaza de Mayo. Staff very friendly and helpful, good English. Two nice restaurants very close, nice breakfast with lots of fruit. Clean, quiet and safe. Highly recommend.

My stay was fine, breakfast was small but OK. Room was good. OK property overall, quite large rooms. but this property really needs a pool and I do think they can build one. I was there in December and it was longing for something to cool me off. Hotels with pools in BA don't offer day passes so if it's important to you book a hotel with a pool on hot days.

Very beautiful small hotel with a museum showcasing its restoration from Victorian times—impressive the update made to preserving the building. The hotel signage is very discreet, we almost walked right past. Room was lofty with big windows which we opened to the courtyard below and to the sound of singing birds in the morning.
Bathroom feedback: No shelves or counter space to put toiletries or hang clothes when shower ring. Overhead lighting not useful for applying makeup.
Reading lights needed for both sides of the bed. Only one was supplied and we had to break out our headlamps.
Location was ideal for walking to the Plaza de Mayo, Féria San Telmo and Puerto Madero. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful too, especially with where to exchange money. Numerous dining options nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This is not a place you want to stay at. I was assaulted at the entrance to this hotel while reviewing the menu for the restaurant. The assailant attacked me from behind shortly after I started reading this menu and after a brief, but very aggressive struggle, trying to remove my watch (nothing fancy or extraordinary), he finally left. Although this attempted robbery was not successful, I was left on the steps of the entrance to the hotel with a broken ankle. This attack toke place during a Sunday afternoon in plain view of the entrance employee of the hotel, who was not more than three yards away, but he did nothing to prevent this or otherwise intervene; some kind tourists and a wonderful local lady were much more helpful and concerned. The ambulance and police did not arrive until more than fifty minutes had passed, and then another twenty minutes to be transported to a nearby hospital. After this, I spent another five and half hour at the public hospital. The broken ankle is going to require extensive surgery. There are other places to stay at, that I am sure have more helpful staff. Avoid this hotel.

This is one of the most unique hotels we’ve ever visited. Part art gallery, part historical archeological dig, and part hotel, it is a wonderful experience. Unfortunately we only had one night here, and we did not get a chance to explore every inch of this place. Amazing art at every turn, gorgeous terraces for breakfast or lounging, and one of the best beds of our 2 week South America trip. We had a small balcony that we left open the night we arrived so we could listen to the saxophone player down the street as we drifted off to sleep. Next door is a fabulous restaurant - sit outdoors in the breezeway. Some of the best sushi we’ve ever had, in Buenos Aires of all places!

Food quality is good all the facility and the service crew they are polite and Kinde.🤩🤩🤩 Especially Mai is a good service for the guest. The rooms are clean the reception other are always smiling.
