The whole room is like a Chinese guesthouse in the 1990s! The wash basin in the room I stayed in was broken, with two faucets, one hot and one cold. The faucet on the right was not closed tightly and leaked. After washing my face, the sound of the water was too scary. There were few choices for breakfast and it was unpalatable! I felt seriously cheated for a five-star hotel that cost more than $200 a night. Outside the window was the roof of someone's office building, and the air conditioner on the roof was buzzing, so I couldn't see any scenery. I spent a lot of money on this lesson, and I wrote it here, so everyone should avoid the pit.

The facilities are outdated, the room layout is weird, and the front desk can't understand English. I was asked to go downstairs twice to swipe a deposit. The standard supplies in the room were not complete. The only good thing was that the guy at the door was very nice and was very enthusiastic to help with luggage and call a taxi. This Wanhao Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no waiter to help with the luggage at the door, especially the guy at the front desk who checked me in had a very bad service attitude. There is no variety at all for breakfast, the main thing is bread, there is almost nothing to eat, the room bathroom can only take one person and is pitifully small. I stayed in Canada, the east and west lines of the United States and South America for more than 3 months at the end of July. The most realistic evaluation is bad, too disappointing, the room has many connecting doors, and there is no sound, the price is still high, staying for two nights and two rooms cost more than 8,000 yuan

The bath towel was white and black with a sense of age, but there were obvious stains. I originally ordered two orders. I booked for 3 nights and decided to check out after the first night. After being repeatedly confirmed by Ctrip to no avail, I decided to check out. After breakfast, confirm with the front desk staff that you can check out, and the fees for no-show dates will not be deducted! Then check out at around 10 am local time! As a result, Ctrip coordinated a few days to inform us: the fee is non-refundable! ! ! They gave me half the money out of kindness. When checking out, I checked again and again. The hotel clearly stated that the money is still with the agent and will only charge the agent for one night! @CtripOfficial, if this is not the official processing method that you agree with, please carefully re-process and give new processing results. Very good hotel, especially the location is especially suitable for tourists, the Obelisk landmark is just outside the door, the Cologne Theater is opposite, and there are everything to eat, play, and shop nearby.

Very disappointing hotel, outdated equipment, almost no soundproofing, door gaps wide enough to stick your fingers in, central air conditioning outside the window is too noisy to rest, breakfast is very poor. Will never stay a second time. The price of more than 1600 is just ridiculous.
