The hotel is located in a very central and safe area, making it convenient to walk to various attractions. The rooms are quite spacious. However, the breakfast selection is limited, and the Argentinian-style options might not suit everyone's palate. A significant inconvenience is the deposit policy: upon check-in, the hotel charges a deposit based on the number of nights, which can be substantial for longer stays. For international guests, this becomes particularly problematic if you check out on a day when banks are closed, as you won't be able to retrieve your deposit immediately.

The hotel has a dated feel, and understandably, there's a slight old smell. However, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing service truly comparable to a five-star hotel. When I visited, the area outside the entrance was undergoing road construction, which made access difficult and the surroundings a bit messy and dirty. I'm unsure how long the construction is expected to last.

The hotel manager is the worst person I’ve ever met. They lie they turned the heat off in my room. They turned the electricity off in my room. I spent over $20,000 at this hotel I had over $3.5 million stolen from my room and I had stuff stolen from my other room after spending $20,000 the hotel manager locked me out of my room. They are now being investigated against criminal thing. I think she’s an absolute thief I would run as far as you can I would never come to this hotel. It’s the worst hotel. I’ve been to over 800 luxury hotels and this one doesn’t even come close to a one star hotel

This is the most dishonest hotel I’ve ever been in I had stuff stolen in two different rooms one of I had both penthouses they turned the heat off they turned the lights off and they locked me out of the room and I lost 3 1/2 million dollars worth of my property

Honestly, for a five-star hotel at this price, you really can't ask for more. It offers great value compared to other 5-star options, and its proximity to the port is a big plus, especially if you're planning to take a ferry to Uruguay.

The ambiance was excellent, and the location is superb – very convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the city center. The place was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent too. The service was outstanding; they even helped arrange a taxi to the airport and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

While the room facilities were a bit dated, the service was excellent. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Puerto Madero is just across the street, and a shopping mall is only a couple of blocks away.

The concierge staff were friendly! The front desk staff were helpful. The location is good, with convenient transportation nearby. The hotel service is not that of a five-star hotel; toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided, other supplies are limited, and late check-out is not allowed; the room facilities are outdated, the shower and bathtub are combined, and there is static on the telephone. The breakfast is very good! Natural honey is provided 🍯.

The facilities are old, the breakfast is the same every day, and the front desk service is terrible. Check-in is very slow and they often get the wrong information. It's fine that they don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors, but I asked for them and they didn't tell me they would charge me. I ended up asking for them after I checked out. Overall, this is utter garbage! Choose carefully!

The location and environment are all OK. We arrived in Argentina early in the morning and were able to check in and rest. It was very good.

It's an older hotel, located in the city center. The breakfast is good, and it's convenient for getting around.
