From the minute we arrived to minute we departed the staff at Home were amazing. Rooms were lovely, very clean, restaurant & bar area was great as well. There is nothing to fault with our stay. Thanks to all the staff for a truly memorable stay.

Everything about our Home Hotel experience was 10/10 - immaculately clean rooms, superb breakfasts and a lovely relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.....but the real stars of the show are the excellent staff at Home. From the Front Desk staff to the restaurant/bar and throughout the hotel, the Home team were so committed and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and when you arrive a bit weary from a long journey that's so appreciated! We returned for a further 2 nights after travelling around Argentina for 3 weeks and it really felt like we were coming home. A real gem of a place!

We highly recommend Home because of its excellent location in Palermo Hollywood, proximity to shops and restaurants. The hotel is chic and stylish, has comfortable beds, spacious rooms, tasty breakfast, and helpful staff. The hotel is able to exchange USD for ARS at a good rate and the staff can help with reservations to shows and restaurants.

I had this hotel on a wish list for about 3 years having read about it in a travel magazine. We prefer small hotels with bright, arty decor and caring staff. This is exactly what you have here. In a leafy street of bars and restaurants, the hotel front doesn't take up much space. The young staff are cheerful and helpful. We really liked the little booklet guide to the area which had staff favourites listed. We had room 5. The design of wood and polished cement reminded us of Treehouse Hotel in London. The small garden is lush and if you look carefully you will see tropical kingbirds and hummingbirds. The only place in all of our Argentina trip where we saw tropical birds. Sunbed, poolside birdwatching is the best kind. Breakfast was a plated selection brought to the table and all items were of high quality, including the coffee. I made friends with the skinny hotel cat ( ? Melta ?) and we also had a late evening glass of wine after dinner one night. Just be careful at night and ideally take taxis everywhere as they are easy to find and inexpensive. Overall a sweet city hotel and a good base for your time in BA.

Home was such an amazing place to stay, and so much better than the other hotels in the area I experienced! Clean, modern, great location and the staff were all so accommodating and friendly. My room was quiet and large. Breakfast was delicious, and I chose to stay in some nights to eat at the restaurant rather than to go out to a steakhouse. I will definitely be back!

This is a great small hotel with a ton of character. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is a small menu but good food with amazing cappuccino and coffees. It is located in an easy location that is a quick Uber to most places. I would stay here again if in Buenos Aires.

Home Hotel is an oasis in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The staff are friendly and helpful and gave us some great dining recommendations. Our room was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our late afternoon drinks in the garden each day and lazing round the pool.

I had the joy and privilege to stay here with my sister in Feb 2024 for 5 nights for a holiday. We really enjoyed our stay to the point that for any future stays in Buenos Aires - this hotel will be the first we will look to book. Rooms: we stayed in the standard room (I didn't pay attention to the bedding arrangement details on the site and I didn't realise until it was too late to change the booking details that twins weren't available with the standard room). However my sister and I didn't have any issues at all in terms of sleeping and space. The bed is super comfortable and helped us to adjust to the 14 hr time difference. We enjoyed the room that we had and the toiletries provided were lovely. There was lots of space for our things (we're anything but minimalists). My only minor gripe that is in nit-picking territory - I was glad that I brought a 2m long charging cord as well as an international power adaptor that has multiple USB ports as I could only find one spare power socket on one side of the bed as both of us wanted to have our night light on and charge our phones while in bed. Could very well be user error as we were ok with just the 1 spare power socket so had little incentive to double check (we had no laptops, tablets, cameras etc). The only other spare socket was by the TV and we used it for the provided mosquito repellent. Included breakfast: perfect to get you going for the day and was delicious and fresh. However if you are particularly hungry or big on breakfast - make sure that you do order several things as the individual portions are a little on smaller size. For me - this is a good thing as it means that you are able to have a variety of food rather than only being able to have just the one thing. For the Aussies & Kiwis or coffee fanatics out there - they do have respectable espresso coffee included for breakfast. We didn't end up trying lunch, dinner or room service at the hotel as Palermo is a foodies paradise and had more places we wanted to try than we had stomach space available. Hotel facilities: The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and we ended up spending at least a few hours on our last day just chilling in the pool relaxing and admiring the garden. We saw lots of other guests order food and cocktails that looked amazing. If you have the time and budget - definitely do check out the spa. The spa staff were super friendly and accommodating even with my near non-existent gringa Spanglish, though I do recommend learning a few phrases to convey if you have any preferences with massage pressure or if there's any areas you want to staff to avoid or pay particular attention to. Staff & service: from before checking in through to checking out the staff were super friendly, professional and answered all queries promptly irrespective of the form of communication. From the time I checked in to departure day, the team at Home Hotel BA was nothing short of fantastic, so friendly and helpful! The service details really stood out - from a team member walking me up to my room after checking in, to the loaner flat-iron (so appreciated with all the humidity!), the excellent menu recommendations for nearby Naranjo Bar, and the various reservations the team was able to secure during my stay - no opportunity to help make my stay perfect was passed up. Home Hotel BA is a true boutique hotel experience - the most incredible oasis in the middle of the city, with great food, wonderful rooms and the best pool! I can't wait to return, and next time I'm going to make time for the spa!
