Location was central and room was spacious. Mine had a little balcony that overlooked the main road. Reception spoke English and was very helpful.

酒店位置極佳，就在七九大道上，出門五分鐘就是方尖碑，周邊生活方便，科隆劇院，探戈劇院，憲法大道就在拐角。酒店早餐豐富，衞生，服務周到，本地人喜歡喝馬黛茶，所以吧枱全天提供熱水

I arrived very late due to flight delays, but when I arrived the staff was available, friendly and helpful.

We stayed for four nights at the end of a long trip touring the continent and couldn’t have wished for better, the room was spacious and comfortable and perfect for relaxing when needed. The central location made exploring easy. The food in the restaurant was excellent and special mention has to go to the staff in the bar/restaurant who were genuinely warm and friendly, patient and attentive and even helping me and my wife with our Spanish as we fumbled with the language. A definite recommendation, a lovely hotel.

Pros: Location is really good. Close to everything or a cheap taxi ride away. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very nice. Cons: Our first room had a terrible odor and they offered to move us to another room. Room/Floor was uncomfortably warm 28c when we asked they said they keep the floors warm. Pool was dirty and the deck boards were loose and broken. No water on the day we checked out. There are better options out there.

Did not book taxi night before, then spent 45 minutes wasting our time before we had to get an Uber.

Rated as a 4* but it's more in line with 3*. Other than the location, there aren't any redeeming features.

Property was centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions (Casa Rosada, el Congreso, Palacio Barolo, Plaza de Mayo, Café Tortoni, Puerto Madero, Avenida Corrientes, among others). Room needed more attention to details. The fridge did not work (and we were told that its purpose was to keep beverages at room temperature - which doesn’t make any sense. Check-in staff members (with the exception of Jazmin) were not very helpful. I have to point out that Jazmín was excepcional in understanding our request for transportation during check-out and was very professional throughout the process. Thanks Jazmin! The staff from the bar was also very attentive.

I arrived in the middle of the night and got a room on the first floor, facing the street. The noise from the street is just so loud that it is impossible to sleep. And the room was not cleaned at all, with hair on the floor and lipstick on the glass. I asked to change rooms, but the night staff said nothing was available. The morning after, the staff was very friendly and arranged for a room on the 4th floor that was not facing the street. So quiet, and this time also clean. The location of this hotel is perfect, but I must say that it is not a 4-star hotel anymore. Maximum a 3-star rating.

The furniture in the room was worn out, needs replacement. The desk was dirty. The rooms do not have coffee makers, the staff at the front desk are not friendly at all. The open concept of the bathroom is not comfortable. The air condition did not work. Had to sleep with the windows open and the noise frfom the street was very loud.
