A comfortable, clean, beautifully presented little gem of a hotel. The owner and staff, especially Franco, could not have been more friendly and helpful from the time of our first communication to the day we left. Each room is unique. Breakfast was good. Location was a either a short drive or pleasant walk to all major tourist sights and shopping areas. Restaurants in the area were plentiful and would happily have revisited them. A truly lovely start to our time in South America and would not hesitate to either return or recommend. Thank you Rendez Vous Hotel.

No cold water first day, no hot water next two days! No hot shower after 2 days of international travel was very disappointing. Elevator not working first day, reactions were pleasant but apologetic. Pick another hotel in this great neighborhood!

I spent a few days in this hotel with my son Timeo for a long weekend and we had a pleasant stay. We were well received, the breakfast was good and plentiful, improvement work has just been completed and the result is very beautiful. The facade is over 100 years old and is a beautiful relic in this beautiful Palermo Hollywood neighborhood. I recommend 100%

Ordered specifically a king sized bed and got 2 single beds. the mattress was also very soft and super uncomfortable to sleep so that i woke up with backpain after the first night. when i stated the issue they promised that they check if they can do something, well, nothing happened and it seemed like they didn't really care about the issue. also elevator was not working and the 3rd floor was on the 4th. because there is nothing on the third floor. all in all, not very pleasant. would not recomend. Room was clean and all but the service and the information wheren't as promised.

I have selected this hotel based on the location and positive reviews. Big, big mistake! The hotel is rundown, the staff is unhelpful and clueless about customer service. The elevator was not working at the time of check-in, there was no running water, and the reception and housekeeping staff behaved like it was perfectly okay. Stay away!!!

My flight landed early at 9am and early check-in was not possible. I dropped my suitcase off and walked to Jardín Botánico Carlos Thays, stopping by for a coffee in beautiful Palermo along the way. Around noon I received a WhatsApp message that my room was ready, so I headed back. I understand noon is still before their check-in time so I appreciate the courtesy, as I had just gotten off a red-eye flight. The room they gave me was a beautiful corner room with large windows. TV did not work, but then again you are in Buenos Aires, there is no need for TV. I took a nap, then went off exploring on foot. Breakfast next morning was adequate. I took my coffee to the tiny courtyard and enjoyed the sun on my face before my day began and I had to head to the airport. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I would return.

My room was lovely, the decor was beautiful. I love that each room is different. I felt like I was staying with family. The staff are just wonderful, and a nice breakfast is served every morning. Laundry was handed in and returned the same day! I loved the neighborhood, with close restaurants and cafe's with lots of choice. I could not have asked for a more perfect stay!
