Very nice hotel with brilliant friendly staff. Good location for a short stay near some of the sites and great transport links. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for accommodation in this area.

非常滿意，小而精緻的房間，一切剛剛好，非常注意細節，房間是實木地板，有燒水壺，窗簾的布料也是考究的，前台可以點餐送上樓。酒店周圍有很多景點，步行就可以達到，非常方便。

Excellent! Surprised by everything and everyone because I have been a “number” for some time. The hotel is very clean, very quiet, elegant and you will feel special. The location is prime, safe, close to many cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores and government agencies. I used Uber but taxis are available. Muchas gracias to Carles for making this trip a very special one. My wishes of health and success!

This small hotel is a hidden gem. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Before we even arrived, they helped us with suggestions of what to do during our stay and also booked the experiences for us. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms. A lovely breakfast with a variety of fruit, pastries etc. the location of the hotel is perfect for the hop on hop off bus and walking distance to the Main Street and many attractions.

Lovely hotel well located. Good size room and ensuite... comfortable bed and lots of TV channels to choose from. Great views from roofterrace. Useful toiletries, free water and tea and coffee facilities provided and minibar.

We stayed at the Carles Hotel on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here when visiting from London and we were delighted with his recommendation. The hotel is centrally located in a good area of town. The bedroom and bathroom are well furnished and comfortable and there is a small roof terrace on the top floor which is lovely to sit on with a drink after a day sightseeing. Breakfast is excellent and the staff both in the restaurant and reception are very friendly and speak good English. We would also highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were capable and helpful. The rooms were comfortable- a decent size and well equipped. The breakfast was good, they’ll make you an omelette and a cappuccino. A few different food selections each day. But it was noisy at times, from traffic to people shouting in the street.

The Carles Hotel provided a wonderful stay for several days during a visit to BA earlier this year. It's located in a calm, neat area of Buenos Aires, from where (half) daytrips to explore either the city or catch the ferry to Uruguay are easily arranged. The people working here are very friendly and attentive. Making it a relaxing and comfortable experience from the moment you check in, till the moment you check out. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds, a proper bathroom and friendly priced room-service. The breakfast is also really nice, and provides a good start of your day. Will be staying here again during my upcoming visit to the city.
