Terrific property, service and amenities. Suites are lovely, so is The Club Floor. Breakfast room downstairs is fulsome and the space tranquil. Can’t beat the service from Concierges Christian and Pablo, Butler Nelson (supremely professional guys who have worked there for years/decades) the bellman and housekeeping teams also are fantastic. Twice over the course of seven nights I had an small problem in my room and the maintenance team was there in 10-15 minutes to quickly rectify. Having first visited about 20 years ago and returned several times, this property continues to be very well managed and operated. Kudos to the GM and the entire Intercon BA team. As an aside, two extraordinary evenings spent dining (again) at Don Julio and at Aramburu (recommended by Christian)

We picked this hotel based on the reviews and our Marriott platinum elite status. We had been in Argentina on vacation for 3 months and on our last night I wanted an “American” touch of home. Our stay was fantastic! We asked for a room in the newer tower and it was huge. The room was very clean, great water pressure and had a wonderful view of the obelisk. There was some street noise, but this is a big city, and that is to be expected. The staff was wonderful and although my husband is an Argentinian, they switched into English when they saw that I had a struggle with the language. The pool area had a view of the entire city, with a big, clean locker room to shower and kill time before our flight. Restaurant was great and the cocktail lounge even better.

After 36 hours in the air, then our transfer not turning up at the airport…. We were feeling a bit worse for wear. We arrived at reception around midnight and greeted at reception by Atilio 😎 He could not have been more helpful and welcoming 👏👏👏… The hotel itself is a funky welcoming place our beds were super comfortable and the shower👍 I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, safe and pleasing to the eye

Excellent location! Modern and comfortable rooms and common area. The rooms are not very quiet because of the busy avenue where it is located. Nice and courteous staff. Good place to stay in Buenos Aires.

I don't have much good to say about this place, I'm afraid. I spent 2 weeks here. I was given a room near the laundry and was woken every morning by the clang of the laundry press. It took a week of complaints before they moved me. They offered a multitude of excuses before they finally confessed that I was close to the laundry. Like it was a surprise to them... Breakfast was included. I have travelled all over and lived in 4 continents and I can say that this was the worst breakfast buffet I've ever experienced. It's also the only hotel I've encountered that charges you to leave your luggage for a few days. Rooms were ok but mine had ants. Bed was too short for my 191cm frame. Shower pressure was good. Desk staff were not helpful. I will compliment both the bell hops and the cleaning staff. Both were great. The location was good but not enough of a reason to return.

My wife and I had a wonderful 6 night stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to quite a few bars, restaurants, and shops. A bit further away from some of the scenic areas of the city, however the public transport and taxis are very good value for money. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. It made our stay in Buenos Aires extra special.
