KKathiemaeWe had a truly beautiful experience staying here and it makes us sad that we only got to stay for one night in Bukhara. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the owner welcomed us with so much warmth and genuine care. They constantly checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. It did not feel like staying at a hotel at all, it felt like being welcomed by a family waiting for you away from home.
The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Every small detail showed how much they truly care about their guests.
This place left such a special impression on us and we are already looking forward to coming back. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bukhara who wants not just a place to sleep, but a genuinely warm and memorable experience. ✨

SssssgmI had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, modern atmosphere. The pool and sauna were absolutely outstanding.
The staff were amazing. The manager greeted me even before check-in, which made me feel welcomed right away. And the doorman, Timur, always met me with a warm smile and kind eyes. It felt safe and almost like coming home.
The location was fine for me. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Lyabi Hauz, and I felt safe walking even at night.
Thanks to this hotel, I enjoyed Bukhara even more. I would recommend it to friends and would love to stay again.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is so nice. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanness but their bathroom is really clean so I am not worried staying there.
The staffs are so nice and friendly, I had my train at 3:00am so I did not book for another night but waited in the hall. They offered me a free night to rest before my train. They also prepared tea, fruits for me as late night snacks. The staff took my luggage out to put in the car for me.
The location is perfect. It took 25-30 mins walk to Poyi Kalon and 10 mins to Choir minor. Really close to everything

MMaajyWas such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuLocation-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and even small personal requests, which added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience.
The room itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comfort. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with attention to detail in both décor and amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, which can often be a challenge in busy areas.
One of the standout features of Boutique Old City is its charming courtyard. It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination.

Есть завтраки, готовят кашу, яичницу, стандартная нарезка колбасы, восточные сладости, чай/кофе. Если останавливаетесь на 2-3 ночи не успеет надоесть, если больше, рядом много мест где можно перекусить и даже выпить вкусного кофе.
Улица немного шумновата, с чутким сном имейте в виду. Матрас как везде по Узбекистану жёсткий.
Фен не в каждом номере, а по запросу принесли, хм, бывалый.
В целом, все понравилось, рекомендую. Недорого и приятно. Если закупят самые дешёвые фены для всех номеров и засыпят перец в перечницы, будет вообще 11 из 10.
