Great location, beautiful house / breakfast dining area, and very centrally located in the old town. However, service was lacking and was generally cold. Receptionist seemed under trained as she seemed confused as to how to deal with some of our requests (like booking a transfer to the railway). As well, in order to book an airport / railway transfer to the hotel, you have to contact them first but you cannot book it in advance. You can only book it on the day of your arrival. Thankfully we had an Uzbek SIM card because otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to arrange for a transfer at all upon arrival in Bukhara. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. However, WiFi was not great (quite patchy and sometimes there was no reception at all). Also there was no “do not disturb” sign available to hang on the door and no safe provided in the room (despite the website saying otherwise). With that said, one morning we left all of our valuables out and unbeknownst to us, the cleaner went in to clean as we went for breakfast. Thankfully nothing went missing however it left us feeling very wary about the security of our belongings. Overall an ok stay.

GIUDIZIO – posizione ottima al centro della pizza principale ma in un vicolo silenzioso, personale bravo e competente. Ci hanno fatto anche il cocktail di benvenuto (vino rosso e bianco), buona la colazione bello il patio anche se da noi poco sfrittato per il freddo delle sere. New place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.
