Tiba @ 4pm dan semuanya lancar semasa daftar masuk. Mereka menyediakan tempat letak kereta percuma dan pintu masuk di belakang bangunan hotel. Ia adalah tempat letak kereta bertingkat. Biliknya sangat baik dan semuanya boleh dikecualikan. Kami menikmati penginapan yang menyeronokkan di sini dan akan datang lagi pada masa akan datang.

The hall is clean and welcoming. And with a hawker food centre next to it, everything seems good. However there is no free parking at the front of the hotel but you can park for free at a nearby basement car park (ask receptionist for direction). We were given a corner room, and once I opened the door and on the light, I was shocked to see cockroaches crawling out from underneath the bed and back again! Didn’t have good night sleep for consecutive 2 days. My friends in the other room also felt uncomfortable for the 2 nights. Maybe the room is rather small for 2 pax. The pleasant thing is the Bosses Cafe next to the hotel offers very good coffee and desserts.

If it wasn't for attending my relative's funeral and for the low price, I will not stay here, to be honest, especially for solo ladies. It's really a very budget hotel with the most basic amenities. No kettle to boil water. Only 2 hangers n a rod provided to hang a couple of clothes. Water heater not functioning well. Toilet seat has urine stain on it. The swing door guard broke. I have to use a chair to block the door for a bit of security. Very limited free parking for patrons, otherwise can park at public parking areas that you need to pay. At least the good thing is the room is bright, a bit clean, the air con and TV is working fine.

Secara keseluruhan hotel ini adalah tempat yang agak mesra yang lebih dekat dengan pusat membeli-belah Lotus dan Aeon. Kedua-dua pusat membeli-belah ini hanya terletak bertentangan dan di belakang masing-masing. Ia akan mengambil masa hanya 5 minit ke sana dengan menaiki Grab. Sikap perkhidmatan pelanggan tidak mesra sama sekali. Saya rasa mereka tidak mengalu-alukan kami untuk tinggal di sana dengan ekspresi muka dan cara komunikasi mereka. Kebersihan bilik hotel agak ok. Mengesyorkan untuk mereka yang mempunyai perjalanan solo/berniaga.
