The stay went well! The staff are very accommodating! The food near the hotel was good!! Imagine paying for only 279 pesos for unlimited wings, rice and drinks!!! the picture below was the resto, don’t have a pic in the hotel

Very nice place to stay

The lighting in the room hurt my eye. I honestly didn’t like the rooms except the iron man one which is the VVIP room. The rooms except the VVIP ones are really old. On the bright side, the staff are really helpful and nice. The only good thing about this hotel was the service and the VVIP rooms which are only 3. Lastly, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work bcus the rooms are usually fully booked.

We stayed 3 days. The location is perfect, easy to locate. However their TV is not working. Overall it was a good stay..

Fairly new accommodations so a fair amount of work is being carried out during the daytime. We had a few issues but all were more than satisfactorily rectified. The hotel strikes me as being oriented more towards a traveller who wants efficiently as opposed to the traveller who needs space and room amenities to fully relax for a few days. The room we were in has very little extra space and no closets. The remote controls for the television should have instruction manuals as there are two controls and no way of knowing which one does what. The wifi is weak which causes the channels on the tv to react slowly. The room does have a smart tv so apps are usable with the tv. The hotel has a superior restaurant attached to the lobby which has meals which are very nicely presented and definitely tasty. The hotel is located a little distance from other businesses, but, there are a Japanese Restaurant and a Chinese Restaurant just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean but just a little noisy as there is no carpeting either in the room or in the hallways. One personal dislike is that the window shade is a roll-up, roll-down shade. This means while close it is dark in the room, even during the daytime and when it is up there is no privacy from the outside. Prices are reasonable. No tricycles on property so you need to arrange your own transportation or walk out to the roadway to catch a tricycle. There is obviously good communication between the managers of the facility given how quickly and efficiently our original issues were resolved.

The hotel staff are friendyl and accomodating. The food is great and tasty. We enjoy our staycation.

The room was just fine but the water was low, too long to shower, and too long to flush the toilet. Vault only display, not working.

All the staff was very helpful and assistive when it comes to their customers. My experience was just smooth and love the staffs as they are very friendly. Hope i can meet them again. Ill recommend this to my families and friends! Thank You Astrotel Novaliches Family, you guys did a good job!
