Excellent lodge, great food, Liz was so helpful. Hard to imagine anywhere better to stay in Bulawayo. Rooms are very clean, Liz does great food - her pasta is divine. Beautiful manicured gardens, very quiet during the day. She even made me bacon and egg roll to eat at airport!

A very comfortable lodge in an extremely pleasant setting on the edge of town. Spacious, comfortable well appointed and equipped rooms. Excellent home-cooked food. Friendly, helpful welcome and service. Lovely gardens. Convenient location - easy to get into the centre of town. Very reasonably priced. A real gem and highly recommended.

Very comfortable beds and linen, clean bathroom, good aircon. This lodge is connected to a large backup generator located some distance away, so there is no noise but also provides uninterrupted power so the aircon can run all night if you wish. Food is simple but very tasty, and Liz is very friendly and approachable. Lighting in the room is a bit gloomy, and a fan would be a great addition.

Very clean rooms, basic DSTV, very close to Motopos, great food and an exceptional warm welcome from a very hospitable Liz. She was our unofficial local historian telling us where to go what to avoid and all the shortcuts around the city. The buck came to the fence at night to get fed.. Really nice

We had a wonderful few days here, Liz and her team provided an impeccable service. Rooms are spotless, everything works. Food was beautiful. Love the bar area, just a fantastic stay and close to the city too. Genuinely highly recommended xx

We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The muffins at breakfast were freshly baked. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the sunset in the gardens.

What a lovely room and such a beautiful, safe and comfortable place to stay. Liz took amazing care of me. We had safe, reliable transportation to and from the airport and for any excursions. We had Wonderful meals and the chef was able to accommodate me being gluten free. This was my first trip to Zim and I think back on it daily. We met such special people, it was a life-changing trip. Liz gave great advice to us and will forever be in our hearts! I can't wait to get back to see her.
