Most staff are kind and helpful. A bit of language barrier with many staff if you don’t speak Vietnamese. While we asked for more free water, the call center asked us to pay for it. Eventually she gave us it for free (2 bottles) after checking but it should not happen. Food is delicious but more pricey than HCM. Some insects around. Plz bring your fly spray there. Many restaurants and facilities unavailable on the weekdays. Maybe a weekend place! Good free shuttle bus from D1 HCM.

I and my family had 02 nights stay here. Everything was amazing from the services. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Although the weather was really bad, I finally jumped into the hot springs and the mud bath which makes us attractive and so interested. The room was not very nice but You feel very important and treated well by the trained team from Minera hot springs. I believe that you guys will love this place. Highly recommended it and will be back soon.

The place was wonderful with a private beach and attentive staff. The resort is quiet with a scrumptious buffet breakfast with both vietnamese and international cuisine. Will recommend couples and large families.

Very expensive beverage and Food Prices. I Payed more in Melia Ho Tram than in Spain or Germany for Water, Juice and Beer. Water small bottle , 4,50€ . No Supermarket in the near of the Hotel. That‘s a shame! The Resort was calm an nice beach, Service was Great! A lot of hotel buildings around the hotel. My son Unfortunately cut himself badly on a defective slide in the Kids pool, compensation was only a chocolate.

Great place to relax. The ****** is located right at the hotel. Many activities available too, can do bowling, arcade, swimming and gambling. Weather was also good.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.

It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

It's a good place for weekend relaxing. Out of the city, quite beach, the location is easy to access from local limousine express from HCMC to Ba Ria Vung Tau. The breakfast is normal, same same to other resort, nothing special. I ordered spaghetti for lunch and it was too salty. Overall, worth for money.

Kakitangan sangat baik dan mereka berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk membuat kita selesa. Mereka membantu kami menempah pengangkutan kembali ke Ho Chi Minh dengan kereta persendirian dengan sedikit notis. Walaupun sarapan tidak enak, hidangan lain enak. Tuala, air panas, dan tekanan air sangat sesuai untuk memulakan dan mengakhiri hari. Selain itu, pantai tidak sesak, jadi anda dapat menikmati matahari terbit dan terbenam bersama keluarga dan rakan.
