If you want to feel at home away from home , so this is the HOTEL to go No need to mention that it is the only 5 stars hotel in Buraidah, I stayed there for almost 25 days really what a great stay it was The staff were welcoming from the first second you enter the building , and the housekeeping were more than helpful you can ask them for anything you need( i was blessed to have Jerad as my floor supervisor) The Hotel is a round shaped building with another straight extension. I stayed in the extension rooms as they were bigger in space but with a small bathroom. The food was great with such a variety in what they present & if you need any special item or meal they will make it for you. The hotel has its own multi floors parking so if you have a car it will be in a safe place not parking in the street, in the building there is a small branch for starbucks so you can grab your coffee any time, never to mention that you have your own coffee machine in your room. I really notice the cleanliness in the hotel. It has high standards at this point , also they work on feedback you give them in any area from the junior staff till the general manager (Mr.Alaa Awad) who was supportive & cooperative. I totally would recommend this hotel for anyone is visiting Buraidah

First of all the hospitality at the reception was amazing. WHen they heard I was from Italy they gave tea and dates and we talked extensively. Such a warm welcome! The room was great, clean, spacious, bathroom and shower great too. I had a nice buffet dinner and there was ample choice and very good food! Same for breakfast. A fantastic hotel!

Like most establishments in Saudi Arabia, they aren't used to foreign visitors (yet), so realistic expectations are in order. Stayed one night on a tour. Quiet location; there isn't much within walking distance. Spacious room. Amenities included laptop-size safe (which had been left locked, so I couldn't use it), mini-fridge and electric kettle with tea bags and instant coffee packets. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't - either too large or too hard. Plenty of power jacks. The bathroom was overall clean, although there were some dark hairs on the floor. Shower without door; mediocre water pressure (the shower head was partially clogged). No bath mat or hand towels; just two large bath towels. Average wifi. Breakfast buffet with decent selection.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and comfortable The price was brilliant for a ONE bed The building was surrounded by shops and pharmacies The service was good Cons: Parking was very limited as they do not have private parking. So it is a first come first serve basis using the public parking.

A great place to stay! I especially want to recognize the front desk staff for doing such a great job at check in and answering some questions we had about the area. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We will be back!
