The hotel room and the location were as advertised, nevertheless we didn't feel the service was as expected and had the feelin the manager treats his customers with suspicion. We reserved a one bedroom suite with a King-size bed and a sofa bed for 4 people (myself, my wife and 2 children). This is the first time I've seen a hotel only leaves one pillow for the sofa bed. We requested extra pillows on our first night and were denied them because ”they didn't have enough of them” (first time I've heard such a thing), then the next day when we went directly to the front desk, we were questioned how many people we had in the room as if our request was because we were sneaking people in. In the end we got the extra pillows, but we were surprised by the initial response. Then when we wanted to check out, the person in charge of the front desk seemed annoyed that we didn't just drop off the keys but also wanted a receipt. He also didn't act cooperative when we requested to check the credit card number of the voucher. Only when we got annoyed was that he started to be more cooperative. Frankly, I am surprised that a front desk clerk does not know some of his customers are international travelers and want to review all the information because it might be problematic for us to request changes in case of a mistake. We had no other problem with room cleaning and didn't use other facilities. The vending machines did not have sodas, could be an issue of restocking. Overall, while the stay was OK, because of our interactions with the hotel services staff, we would not really recommend it.
