The Bell Vista

The staff was friendly and I got in at 1:30 am. The room was totally acceptable and clean with a huge tv.There was a medicinal smell, but not too overpowering.

The exterior on the property looks rundown and the parking lot is small, however the interior of the rooms are beautiful. They were clean with a comfy bed and small refrigerator in the closet. It was perfect for our stay.

It’s kept in nice condition for what seems quite old building. Very convenient location… right off highway exit in one side, and all these shops in the other.

The staff were very nice but the smell of the room was soooo bad smells like pooped!!!!

Really nice! Small, cute, refurbished retro motel, convenient location, friendly efficient staff. Clean, very comfortable bed, all the basics provided, plus good large smart tv for down time. Perfect for this solo traveler visiting family and friends in Burbank.

Bugs. Bed Bugs. When I told the owner/operator that my room (#205) had bugs the response was "we don't have bugs." Well, they do. And the response clearly shows they had no intention of inspecting or dealing with the situation. When you wake up with 50 little red bites, you know you had bed bugs. And now you have to go home and clean everything thoroughly before you even go in the house!! Look, there are things I could have said good about this hotel - but when it has bugs and the owner won't acknowledge then it's time to tell everyone to avoid this property. Completely avoid.

I really like the place the rooms are great for what you pay. They’re clean, tidy, and the showers are fantastic. The place is like a little gem.
