Hotel berhampiran Children's Center "Funky Monkey", Bourgas

We organized a 2-day-conference in the hotel between 27th and 29th of September. You cannot fault it! TOP location. GREAT renovated rooms. BEAUTIFULL SPA and swimming pool. A GYM. The food was fantastic! A brilliant hotel manager - DIANA. The staff was fantastic - from the men working at the parking, to the receptionists, waiters very helpful (particularly Victoria), the cleaning staff. There is a bar/coffee shop in the hotel as well. Plenty of business halls... There was not even 1 bad think about our stay. Maybe the parking was a bit too expensive. Better park at the blue zone and send messages all day and it will be cheaper for you :D Overall experience - Fantastic!

Top hotel, has a very good interior. The rooms are furnished very nice. Has a very good outdoor pool. The actual hotel is huge and has many many rooms. Overall I recommend it. If you consider whether to visit or not, do not hesitate. That's all from me!

Avenue Hotel Burgas Прекрасен хотел, управляван от любезен, грижовен собственик Антон Марков. Удобна локация. В близост до градски транспорт, пешеходна зона и магазини. На разположение е паркинг за гости (безплатно). Многоезичен, приятелски настроен, любезен, дружелюбен и услужлив персонал на рецепцията е на ваше разположение. Удобни, просторни и чисти стаи. Работещи камериерки. Страхотен ресторант с вкусна храна и страхотен персонал! Прекрасна ресторантска обстановка... страхотна стая с изглед към улицата. Много приятна атмосфера благодарение на приятен, внимателен, приятелски настроен, разбиращ, професионален мениджър на ресторанта Деси! Close to public transport, walking area and shops. Guest parking is available (free of charge). Multilingual, friendly, courteous, welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Hard working maids, housekeepers. Wonderful restaurant with delicious food and awesome staff! Nice restaurant setting with street view. Very pleasant atmosphere thanks to the lovely, attentive, friendly, understanding, professional owner of the restaurant, Desi! The waiters work quickly, everyone is very polite and friendly, the food is delicious. Both fish and meat! Dishes are very varied and fresh.. Thanks for the instant service! For great service! Las habitaciones están bien pero en dos días solo nos hicieron la cama uno,no pusieron toallas limpias ni limpiaron el aseo. Uno de los ascensores lleva una semana sin luz por lo que por la noche hay que coger el otro. Mejor no hablar del buffet , la calidad muy mejorable,muy sencillo, hoy se ha acabado a las 8 de la mañana!!un determinado tipo de pan de barra y nos dicen que ya no hay más…las cenas cuando vas en grupo de turista malísimo Este hotel está alejado del centro hay que coger Bus o Taxi, no volvería a contratarlo

The hotel is clean! The rooms have air conditioning. The spa is decent, only because everything in the spa seems to be from around 15-20 years ago as far as decor and comfort. The hotel location is near 2 very loud restaurants!!! Both of the restaurants have loud band and singers! They sing till 11:30 pm at night! You can even hear them on the 3rd floor with the windows closed! Makes it hard to sleep if you’re trying to go to bed before that time! They sing every night and if you dare to complain to the front desk be prepared to get yelled at by one of their managers and to be told that you just have to deal with it! Prior to making my reservation I had called to make sure it was quiet and serene experience, the front desk staff said that since this is a spa it’s very peaceful in the area! The exceptionally loud music from both of the nearby restaurants makes it a not very relaxing experience! Most of the staff is very pleasant and work hard to meet their guests needs except that one manager that yelled at me for asking if they can somehow accommodate me and my family due to the loud music!

We have recently came back from a holiday of 5 people. I would rate the hotel a higher rating if I could, because our holiday was perfect. It was my first time staying at this hotel, but the other 4 people have stayed last year as well, and since they have enjoyed it so much they have decided to come back this year too. To start off with the staff, they were amazing, someone 24/7 around to help you regardless of where you were, either bar, restaurant, reception or housekeeping. Staff were friendly and approachable. Kitchen chefs coming outside and taking care of the food to look good and taste good, would talk with people to see how they are enjoying the food and would give a friendly and enjoyable time while having a meal. I was looking forward to our holiday long before coming to the holiday, as a montb prior I went on a cut knowing that I would eat a lot, and I did. Each meal, (lunch and dinner) I would have 2 plates of food and added dessert, because the food was amazing. Cooked fresh and nothing pre-heated from prior meals or prior days, as mentioned in some reviews. Multiple types of rice, chicken cooked in different spices, different types of fish and cooked in different ways, pork as well and many types of salads too. (Tend to mention that we had all-inclusive package, so we took advantage of that!). Bar staff always smiling and happy and attentative, and at some point they started remembering our drinks as well from coming that many times at the bar. While we was on the beach, housekeeping team would change our essentials in the room, fresh towels, bin bags, fresh linen on the beds, would air out the rooms for us to be fresh once we would be back. Reception team gave us a proper start to our holiday which led us to enjoy our stay from minute one. Even thought we haven’t requested our rooms to be together or on the same floor, the team tried to make our stay better by providing us with these options, however, 1 of the rooms wasn’t quite next to the others so 1 room got upgraded to a higher standard room, which was great (Rooms 402, 413, 418). Pool staff always happy and smiling and always helped us when we needed their help. Staff is the asset at this hotel, and they have made our holiday better, all praises to them and we are looking forward to coming next year as well!
