Great stay.. affordable rates. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable bed.

Got there late at night. Entered from back so my expectations weren’t high. I was wrong. This is the best sub 1,000 baht hotel in Thailand. At 750 per room the price is great. AC is cold quickly and quite. Clean, TV, refer. Would only ding them for dead batteries in remotes and no coffee or kettle in room. Breakfast was good enough had toast, jelly, ham, and eggs with coffee. Guess I just please easily.

Un hôtel simple mais bien avec des chambres correctes, un pdj copieux pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine thaï. Besoin de rénovation des abords de la piscine et de professionnaliser le personnel pour s'occuper des clients qui se baignent.

Jika mahkamah, universiti, kolej dan universiti adalah pusat bandar, ia bukanlah pusat. Ia terletak berhampiran stesen bas dan tidak jauh dari stesen kereta api, walaupun ini tidak relevan kepada ramai pelancong. Seluruh bandar tidak besar, dan rasanya kebanyakan peniaga tidak berhadapan dengan pelancong. Hotel ini dilengkapi dengan kolam renang. Gim ini dibahagikan kepada zon aerobik dan zon kekuatan. Di kedua-dua belah kolam, restoran juga bersebelahan dengan kolam renang. Sarapan dan makan malam adalah baik. Saya rasa tidak ada apa-apa yang menarik di sekelilingnya. Ramai warga asing, sesetengah keluarga, mungkin warga asing yang bekerja di Thailand untuk bercuti. Biliknya besar, terang, ringkas dan selesa. Bilik saya melihat padang rumput di belakang(?). Saya pergi untuk perlumbaan kuda. Saya berlari merentas desa di bahagian lain Thailand pada hujung minggu sebelumnya. Hotel ini adalah tempat yang baik untuk pulih. 832RMB untuk 4 malam, tetapi malam sebelum perlumbaan kuda tidak boleh ditempah, anda perlu menukar.

I have stayed at the Best Western on several occasions, my last visit was in 2019, I have always seen it as a quality 3* hotel but sadly on my visit during the Christmas period I now see it as average 2* accommodation. Except for the pool most of the standards expected of a worldwide chain hotel have nose dived and sadly the Best Western reputation is being soiled. Within an hour of check in I had to have my room changed for the following:- 1. TV with very few channels all unwatchable and the set so old with no HDMI for gaming or streaming. In short no TV to watch. 2. Bed linen not fresh and with holes. The second room on the other side was just the same, again linen had to be replaced but this time stained but no holes. One one day housekeeping left the room with no towels, I had to ask at 8pm for them and when delivered they were worn out with holes. Finally the breakfast buffet which previously was very good is now barely recognisable, variety has been cut by 50% to the extent there is only one hot choice daily of which every other day is just vegetables. The varied cake, pastry, bread and fruit options are sparce and the new coffee machine has very small cups which are machine filled to halfway!! Laughable!! I was so saddened by the obvious cost cutting measures that are taking the hotel down, the manager should really get a grip on his hotel before customers are lost to the extensive competition in the vicinity. With a minimum cost per night of B1300 plus B200 pp for breakfast currently this hotel is overpriced with poor customer service, at the moment I would steer clear of the Best Western Hotel, Buriram.

Das Resort hat einen schöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu wohnen. Ich hatte das Deluxe Zimmer, das n.m.M. nichts spezielles ist, aber man erkennt, dass es hochwertiger ist als gewöhnlich (bis auf das Bad). Der auf Fotos gezeigte Swimmingpool gehört zum angrenzenden Ray Hotel, konnte von mir aber ohne Aufschlag genutzt werden. Das Frühstück, welches Teil Angebots bzw. der Buchung* war, beschränkt sich auf eine Kaffee, Wasser, Reissuppe, Toast und zwei Sorten Marmelade und würde vor Ort THB 50,-- pro Person kosten. Butter/Magarine habe ich nicht entdecken können. Im Ray Hotel sieht das Frühstücksbuffet ansprechender aus. * Die bestätigte Onlinebuchung von Trip.com war nicht im Resort angekommen, aber die Mitarbeiterin hat sehr gut reagiert und mir das gebuchte Zimmer gegeben. Später hatte ich noch ein Telefonat mit einer Trip.com Mitarbeiterin geführt, weil die Kostenübernahme abzuklären war, da die Buchung von mir im voraus per Kreditkarte geleistet wurde. Ich war und bin noch immer verwundert darüber, dass eine Onlinereservierungssystem eine Buchung bestätigt, das Hotel davon aber nichts mitbekommt. Da habe ich Glück gehabt, das ich das geuchte Zimmer bekommen habe, denn das Resort ist trotz C-Massnahmen ersichtlich gut gebucht.

Central location. Clean and reasonably priced. Ample parking space in front. Excellent and well maintained swimming pool. Fitness area and sauna also available. We did not eat in the hotel. 2 Restaurants and 7/11 at walking distance. We choose a room at the swimming pool. Worth the couple 100THB on top of a standard room. Good (hard) beds and all facilities in working order. Toilet@bathroom are rather small in these rooms. Will definitely return there at a next visit.

In 2020 I was locked down for six months in Thailand and I made a trip to Buriram to visit a sick friend for a week, and this hotel was recommend by his son. Everything about our stay was so wonderful, and would come back in a minute. In fact we extended our stay for a whole week. Great location, parking a charm, off the main road so quiet, and the hosts were so nice and welcoming as well as the rest of the staff. The room was clean and neat and a wonderful bathroom with tons of hot water. And breakfast included was excellent with good choices. And so nice to eat there in the afternoon and evenings too for a nice selection of different dishes. The coffee was outstanding too. While Buriram might not be a major tourist destination, we found lots to do. Had a fun day at a fishing park, touring and looking over the Buriram United stadium and discovering a down to earth Hungarian-Thai Restaurant. When Thailand opens again for tourism, when doing another road trip, the Green Hotel would be on my list of top choices.
