The facility is a bit old, but the room is comfy. You had everything you need, and it is very close to the airport. the reception is really good, and the shuttle bus makes the transition very easy. If you are just staying in SanFrans for a short transition, you wouldn't go wrong to stay here.

Convenient location good restaurant I was in room 5011 Water Pressure was extremely low very difficult to wash shampoo out of my hair. Bed was comfortable. Tv and program selection was good. Airport shuttle was good

Everything was going well until I was charged a “handling fee” for ordering an Amazon parcel to the hotel. Vague excuse offered. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast quite good.

We spent only one night at Doubletree Hilton hotel because we were laying over from our flight. It was a short 10 minute ride from the hotel to the airport and the hotel provides free, shuttle bus service. However, do take note that the driver will ask you for tip. I have checked with the hotels staff, and they mentioned that it is not necessary to pay the Driver. But if you like to be generous towards the driver, you may tip the Driver. I have chosen this hotel because I have read about other hotels and & airbnb whereby the location is either too far away from the airport, or those locations have some “different types of characters” loitering around those areas. This hotel is located at a very quiet place, and it faces the beautiful view of the sea. The price of the hotel room is on the high side, but if you can get a voucher, it would save you a bit

Everyone was super nice and it was very clean and they really tried their best to accommodate wishes. It is supposed to be in airport hotel so the location is not really close to anything it's at least 15 miles away from most of the attractions. It's in a very quiet area and you can go outside and walk near the large bodies of water. They also have a luggage room which you can use free of charge and is very secure. They do have water but they just have bottled water in the fridge at the front desk so you should kind of purchase your own water and advance otherwise if you get thirsty during the middle denied or something then you don't have. They did have a microwave which was nice and a bathtub which was very clean. I Their breakfast was very sparse and also not good if you have sensitivities or allergies because it was basically just cereal milk coffee juice a pancake/waffle maker and 1 or 2 different types of eggs and maybe a sausage. They also have bread that you can toast but realistically if you're a gluten free or you can't eat sugars or if you're diabetic then you should plan not to have the breakfast. Also some of the breakfast was actually very cold but they really try their best and they're very very nice and kind the staff I mean.

The room was really nice and everything was clean. The hotel is in a good location. The lady at the front desk was really nice and even allowed me to check in early. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars on service is because I emailed in advance to get instructions on how to catch the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I never received a reply. Outside of that, everything was really good. I would stay here again.

I arrived two hours before check in and was going to ask if it was okay to hang out in the lobby, I was pretty tired. The desk just went ahead and got me checked in. It was a pretty decent location. My only complaint is…this is going to sound weird but my desk was leaking water. It had a frosted glass top cover, I think there was a bad seal in-between the top cover and the desk top and some condensation was occurring. Water would drip out when I put any weight on it.

This is an excellent hotel quite close to San Francisco Airport. Staff were friendly and rooms were spacious and clean.

We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.

Excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location just minutes from the airport and rental car returns. It's a little isolated, but has what looks like a solid restaurant with a surprising variety of drinks and dishes. More restaurants are about 5 minutes away, on the way is parking for a pleasant bay walk. The only real complaint is the lable/signage on the hotel is out of date, reflecting previous management, so I wasted 5 minutes driving around; hopefully this gets this taken care of soon.
