We had a very late arrival and another hotel that was booked said they had already started the night audit and he couldn't check us in so tough luck.
We called this place and the guy on the other end was so nice and told us he would wait to start his audit untill we arrived. He got us checked in quickly. The room was nice, clean and quite. Due to time change we had over slept slightly and we asked for a few extra minutes and they were completely fine with that. If I'm over in the Burnsville area again I would definitely stay here.

LivInn is a wonderful place to stay. comfy rooms and super welcoming staff. Plus they serve a great breakfast of eggs, sausage, pancakes and all the other continental style items. Love this place. I stay here frequently.

Breakfast room is nice. Beds are comfy. I like that there's room for chairs that there's hang up space in the bathroom.
Overall a pleasant quiet hotel.

Nothing setting this above average hotel. It was a place to sleep between family activities elsewhere. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast room was newer and more pleasant than the rest of the place.

Room could have used a little more cleaning - something splashed on one of the walls. Toilet was loose. But the beds were very comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast but it smelled and looked good!!

Clean room, large bathroom with tub, price was good, lots of amenities including iron & ironing board. Only thing was that my window faced the very busy highway and the windows were not thick enough to keep the noise out. Was very hard to sleep, but otherwise have no complaints.
