Ulasan Box Hill Motel

Our stay was absolutely amazing ! This motel is strategically located to Deakin university ..best for parents dropping their children to uni ..literally 12-14 mins walk to the uni from Gardeniers park . Our stay was extra special due to Carol and Grant !They were absolutely amazing human beings and were super helpful with everything that we required. A big thankyou to both of them . I am 100% staying here next time I am in Melbourne .

Great value. Large room, with 2 beds, a single and double. Had a couch and table and a long sideboard with tv. Kitchenette was basic but usable. Bathroom was decent. Would stay again at this price.

The staff are friendly and provide assistance in all form. Great place to be if you are travelling by car.

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about "servant leadership". A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

Reception were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and great location.

Super friendly receptionist, easy parking, we loved the room so much, super clean and cozy! It's a most quiet place we stayed so far, high standard 👍👍👍

We stayed there for 5 days. There was no stove in the kitchen so we couldn't cook. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay and the bed didn't feel very clean.

It is very close to the children's school and very convenient. It is just on the roadside and easy to find by car. The owner and employees are also very enthusiastic. The facilities are relatively clean and more suitable for family living.
