W Residence Hotel Centumcity

In general, hygiene condition is bad.  Hairs are found on floors in living room and washroom.  Dust and stain on tables. Cups and other kitchenware are not cleaned thoroughly.  Room is  spacious.

Have service counter at floor 3 till 11pm， room is elegant & big, room & kitchen facilities are all well prepare, we feel like live in a house, 3 beds good sleeps quality, nearby very convenient (strategy location) very recommended.

Overall cleaning is good, location is good, easy access by metro and bus. However the shower is a joke, the position of the shower made the whole bathroom wet, used 4 towels to dry up the bathroom floor,, very dangerous for elderly or children. Need to re-position the shower holder for good.

The reception counter at 3rd floor. The room has only one single bed and one double bed, although it mentioned can cope for 4 persons. it is not so comfortable for 4 persons.

Overall, it was a good experience, but the room interior could be improved.

The W resistance hotel room was neet and clean. Best location. In front of BEXCO exhibition center. Metro station and bus stations are very close.

We stayed for two days at this hotel, conveniently located near Centum Subway Station. Our room was on a high floor, offering a decent view, although it’s surrounded by other tall buildings. One of the standout features of the hotel is its spaciousness. There’s plenty of room to move around, which made our stay comfortable. On the downside, the TV wasn’t a smart TV, which was a bit disappointing. We also noticed some minor wear and tear in the room. Additionally, the hotel can get busy, especially during check-out, leading to crowded elevators. However, with 4–6 elevators available, wait times were manageable. Overall, it’s a solid choice, especially if you’re looking for a spacious, well-located hotel at a reasonable price.

I chose this hotel as it was close to BEXCO. I also liked that it has 2 convenience stores at Level 1 and a mall close by (but I did not have time to explore that). It was very close to the subway station too! The hotel was relatively easy to find and check in process was fast and smooth. Staff was also polite and spoke good English. Hotel room was very spacious! Bathroom was huge with a bathtub! Kitchen was easy to use and had adequate cutleries/pans. The fridge was very big too. The hotel was quiet and wifi was very fast! There was so many rooms in the hotel, corridor looks a little scary but is clean and relatively well lit. Recommended to book if you plan to go to BEXCO for events!

It was great place, but little bit far from the beach. It might be really good for the business trip.
