The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind! It's very close to the subway, and getting to Gimpo International Airport takes only about half an hour by foot and subway. There's also a 24-hour supermarket right across the street; even though you can't get tax refunds there, it's still great for convenient shopping. The price is affordable, and you definitely won't get bored with so many options nearby: an outlet mall, Daiso, plenty of dining choices, pharmacies, and a coin laundry.

Second time staying at this place. Love the location close to the beach! The room is spacious and has a washing machine, microwave, etc. There's 2 convenience stores downstairs, and a mall nearby. Walking distance to the beach and a lot of cafes and restaurants.

The place is close to the sea. Very good service and good room with high quality amenities. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You can cook there and enjoy your food also can take the good view of the sea just 1 min walk from the hotel. In a word. Awesome!!!!

We loved the hotel for its location, cross the road and enjoy the see. The location is great in general. Underground is just 10 minutes in foot, bus station is even less, there are a lot shops, cafes, restaurants not far from the hotel. Our room was pretty clean and big, there was a cooker, fridge, the washer/ dryer and we were given an iron. Unfortunately, toothpaste and toothbrushes one has to buy themselves and the check-in is after 3pm but there aren't many hotels where one can find earlier check-in. So, if you arrive after 3om and would like to enjoy the sea without spending hours getting there, we definitely recommend the hotel.

I think overall a solid experience, and the room is something that we cannot complain at with the price being so cheap considering location. However, it is admittedly the case that the photos posted here have "tricked" me into thinking these are actual hotel rooms with full facilities, and nice features. It is more like an apartment B&B, with cleaning service every day. Thus, there is no fancy reception, corridors, elevators, etc. It also seemed that different rooms are shared with other "hotel & residences", doing the same type of business I believe, making the experience feel a bit strange looking at neighbor's room with another hotel name on it.

We had a great time staying in the apartment. Nothing to complain.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally great experience. The location is fantastic—it's close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel apartment itself is beautiful, and we were thrilled to receive a room upgrade with a stunning beach view. This made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there was one significant downside: the elevator situation. The stairs are not a viable option, and during certain hours of the day, it can be almost impossible to get into the elevator. We found ourselves waiting for 30-40 minutes at times just to squeeze in. This was quite frustrating and put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay.

Rude receptionist, no wifi, no TV, aircon keeps stopping. I went to front desk for help, she said no english and ignored me as I stand there waiting for help. And there was no notice that the pool is under construction so basically there is nothing for me and my daughter to do here.

Disinterested and unfriendly staff who were unwilling to help with anything beyond the bare minimum. The building has rooms from multiple hotels all mixed together across multiple floors and only 2 working lifts which are also used by service staff. Consequently it can take 10 minutes to leave the building. Room is incredibly basic (not even any natural light) but clean.
