Ulasan UH Suite the Haeundae

Located very close to Haeundae beach, about a 5 min walk from Haeundae metro station. We chose a No-Window Suite (Annex), so the room is located in a different building, within a mall, about 2 mins away from the lobby / main building. Our suite has a living room, an open kitchen, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two double beds. Theres only one bathroom though. W

The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos, and there was barely any space to open our suitcases. The soundproofing was also quite poor. When we requested an extra quilt, we were told there would be an additional charge of 20,000 won, which was disappointing. Another issue was that the booking did not clearly mention that the reception and the accommodation were located in separate buildings. We had to drag all our luggage across the street to check in, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not match the price they charge.

We booked the standard spa room and got upgraded for a bigger room for 4 pax family room with Spa as well. Room was clean with 2 toilets and 3 AC. Location was great with a 7 eleven downstairs and opposite road will be Haeundae Beach. There are alot restaurants nearby and shopping streets. *Good for those looking for convenience and mid luxury hotel roo

Everything is good! Good location, clean and friendly staff, cozy room. Just that a few stairs in the room which needs to be a bit more careful with our steps.

It’s me and my husband’s first time to go to Busan and I must say that booking a place from UH Suite The Haeundae is totally worth it! From the excellent service of the receptionists, to accessibility, and experience - we truly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to book this place for a longer period. :) We loved the view from our room, and everything worked really well.

Front desk customer services Hoon and Bella are very helpful and friendly. We enjoy the family suite room very much, big cozy and clean room. Worth it

Location of the hotel was directly opposite Haeundae Beach and it was quite accessible to many of the tourists attractions. We had a good view of the beach from our room although we found the position of the window to be abit awkward (our room had windows behind the beds and 1 window at the corner of the room) The bathroom was generously spacious with a bath tub, but not enough surface space to place your comesticsor toiletries (the only available space was by the bath tub, but you would risk getting them all wet) While the room was definitely smaller than what we expected, we still had a comfortable stay. Definitely not enough space to open luggages to unpack/pack if you're a group of more than 3 persons. Would consider to stay here again (but maybe at a different room)

This hotel has awesome view! And very appreciate Sean to upgrade our kl reservation and provide the wonderful room service, I would recommend it and visit again!

Sick place! All rooms are ocean-view I believe. Room is very clean. Only downside is shower booth has a bit slow water drainage but didn't bother me at all. Would recommend if you are visiting Haewundae

I really liked the view from the window, the room's decor, and the location. However, the smell in the hallway was unbearable, and by morning the room would start to smell unpleasant. One of the showers kept leaking into the bathroom. It's inconvenient that there's only one elevator for the entire building. It's nice that we were upgraded, but the messaging system for cleaning the room wasn't very user-friendly. Overall, I highly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I were greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk staff. Check-in process was seamless and we were taken away by the view once entered the room. It is directly overlooking the Haeundae beach with beautiful sunlight; great location and highly recommend when staying in Busan

Beautiful room with a great view, located right in front of Haeundae Beach and close to many stores and night market.

Very disappointing stay… hairs on the bed sheets on arrival, wallpaper coming off the walls and stains running down the walls. I would not recommend this place other than its location. Never again!

The location and the view is superb! The bath is large, takes up to 20-30 minutes to fill. Two personal bathrooms, up to 4 guests (may be crowded, we booked it for 2). The bath adds moist to the air in the united space of bedroom and SPA, be ready. The road and traffic noise is heard even on the 13th floor, but so is the sea and the waves. The only surprise was not do well done cleaning: the window was half dusty, marring the view, there were black hairs all over the bathroom door, even in the hinges :( The mirror table has previous guests scribbling in pink and some pink spots on the white surface. But even with these unpleasant details the place was GOOD.
