Hotel Perniagaan di Guiyang

This hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

It was a little tricky to navigate to the hotel when we arrived at the train station around 11pm. Thankfully we had a local SIM and managed to contact the hotel to add them on WeChat. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and sent us a photo guide on how to get to the hotel from the train station. They even made sure we got comfortable the moment we arrived and arranged a free train station drop-off the next morning according to our booked tickets. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable! Wish I stayed longer. Thank you again!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights after my 6D5N group tour in Guiyang. Excellent front desk staff, especially the front desk manager. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean and odor-free. Good housekeeping too. Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the water fountain where the shopping centres are. 5 minutes walk to the food alley. Highly recommended. I would definitely book this hotel again.

半夜到貴陽北想找個酒店落腳，這個酒店在西廣場出來就能看到但是走路要走好遠，而且要穿過一個很麻煩的地下通道，沒有電梯，帶着大行李實在太不方便了，貴陽北周邊太混亂了，下次再也不想住高鐵站附近了。酒店大堂很小，電梯和很多亂七八糟的酒店混用，電梯環境很臟亂差，房間還算可以，但是設施比較老舊，而且有蟲子，勉強將就了一晚，奉勸大家不要住在貴陽北附近

整體體驗特別好！酒店環境整潔雅緻，衞生做得十分到位。配備全屋智能系統，刷臉進門超便捷，科技感滿滿。還有免費洗衣房可以使用，很貼心。前台工作人員熱情友善，另外每日8:00-21:00提供貴陽北站接送服務，出行特別省心，強烈推薦！

Modern, clean and classy hotel. Excellent service and clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and good ventilation throughout the night. Short walk to terminal 3 of the airport, although a bit far from public transport. Amazing value for money.

centrally located nearby 喷水池 and 民生路! room was big enough for me and the service was great :) thank you :) there was renovation ongoing but did not matter much except there may be some wait for the lift :)

Extended my stay for another night after two nights earlier. Impeccable and convenient place to stay. Keep it up! Highly recommended

Location undeniable convenient. Main entrance from hotel turn right less than 5 minutes to jiaxu pavilion. Turn right walk down straight for around 5 to 8minutes to reach Qingyun market .lots of food areas/shops around but mainly their local specialties.Sour fish soup,noodles ,stir fries etc. The hotel has been around for around 20 years or so.Tge decor looks similar to offerings from the late 80s to 90s. Service is very good as evident of the Sheraton lineage.However the dated feel and horrendous central air conditioning puts it a notch down. With offerings nearby that has upped tge game these past years.The management should look seriously in some areas such as decor and added lighting features specially in the rooms .(lights at lower section of bed to light up pathway at night). Breakfast was well stocked and timing was especially good.up till 10.30am. The best feature this Hotel has is the staff.Improve a bit more especially on the air conditioning and I believe market share loss will improve. Overall it's a relatively good stay.

Old furnishings but well taken care of with upgrades. Shower room large. Shower cubicle to cover up to keep the warm air in while showering. Bath gel & shampoo in small bottles. Suggest dispenser. Large room. The sofa covers need changing. Sofa cover wasted. Prepare shower slippers. Chair rocking. No guests laundry. The city views are great .See through glass shower cubicle. Price reasonable. Metro station right at your footsteps.
