The junior suite has a coffee and tea maker, a sitting area, and sofa for guests who require additional space, not to mention the fantastic view of the opera house. A breakfast buffet is available daily and made-to-order hot dishes are cooked upon request. Hotel is located close to The Arts and Science Centre with very futuristic looking buildings (10 min walk). Located 40 mins away (walking distance) from the historic part of Valencia, and located 15 mins away from the beach (driving distance). Hotel room was spacious and had a large king bed. Complementary Breakfast was included and had a very good variety of food compared to Madrid and Barcelona.

A very good experience from start to finish. Spent 7 days here and all elements of the hotel exceeded expectations. Whilst it was 5 star rated, the photo's do not do the rooms justice, they were spacious, meticulously clean and the whole hotel environment was excellent. The staff were professional and helpful at all times, food good and not unreasonably priced for a hotel of this type. Location for a split beach/city break was first class as well.

The receptionist had to ask her colleague on how to get to places from the hotel when we asked. We needed to ask about the whereabouts like the breakfast hall, wifi, toothpaste and toothbrush, we were not informed while checking in. Early check in was possible with a fee. But the room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. На первом этаже и у входа стоит неприятный запах. Не канализацией, но все равно неприятно. То ли болота, то ли сырости. Как в предбаннике старой бани. Этот запах портит все впечатление об отеле. Номер достаточно просторный и чисты. Вид на двор с бассейном и боковой на улицу. Убирают тщательно. На рецепции дают пляжные полотенца, но тут же предупреждают, что в город их брать нельзя. Я было опешила, подумала не брать полотенца, а нафига они мне, если выйти на пляж нельзя. Но администратор буквально запаха мне их в пляжную сумку. Короче, правила для того, чтобы их нарушать. Заселили без карты и депозита. Завтрак скромный, но сытный. Из горячего скрэмбл, колбаски жареные, бекон и или блины или картофельные вафли или глазунья. Из выпечки отмечу чизкейк потрясающе вкусный и нежный. МСная нарезка тоже хорошая хамон, ветчина 3 в лов салями. Сыров мало. Фроктов много дыни2 сортов, арбуз, нектарин, яблоки груши, апельсин, грейпфрукт, банан. Авангардные скульптуры в холлах и на территории козырька. Через дворцовый проезд торговый центр, где я все три дня и шопилась, тем более началась распродажа. Скверы, музеи парк Гулливер, остановки транспорта все в 2 шагах. Вай фай плохой, часто висит, не погружается. Если бы не 2 минуса, запах и Вай фай, все было бы идеально.

One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!

Our flight landed at 0035am, so we needed to get a taxi from the Airport to the hotel, which took about 25-30 minutes and cost €33. We hailed a taxi outside the hotel at 8am to get from the Hotel to the Airport at the end of the trip, but it only cost €21. Check in was very easy. The room was of a very good standard, with a great bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a decent tv. There was a minibar fridge. Whilst we didn’t consume anything, we used the fridge to refrigerator food items such as cheese and salami. There is a German chain supermarket beginning with ‘L’ 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket in the nearby shopping centre which is in the direction of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a brilliant bus 19 service: The bus stop literally outside the hotel is called Menorca Franca, and goes to the city centre and takes about 15 minutes. Their is a stop outside the main train station ‘Estació del Nord’ in the city centre but just to the left a bit (left if you are looking out from the station) where the bus to go back from the city centre to the hotel starts (they usually have their hazard lights on indicating they are at the starting stop). The bus stop opposite the hotel on the other side of the road is called Menorca Balears and takes you to the beach. A bus back to the hotel from the beach area can be found on street ‘Carrer De La Reina’. Just remember if you walk outside the hotel past the hotel reception - the bus right goes to the city centre, the bus left goes to the beach. All bus single tickets cost €1.50 and drivers gave me change from €5 notes. Tips for eating: there is a brilliant pizza restaurant near the hotel ‘Regina Di Napoli’. There is also a very good restaurant that offered a set menu starter + paella + small desert + beer or soft drink for €16.50 ‘El Generalife’ on Carrer De Navellos’. Would stay at this hotel again.

TTraveler DanA good hotel. It does feel like it was built in the 1980s and nothing has changed but it was a good place to stay. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and delicious. The hotel is in a good location as well just in the outside of the main old city and next to a metro stop and not far from the main train station

PPengguna TetamuPor fuera bastante moderno, pero las habitaciones no están a la altura, las camas pequeñas y pequeños detalles como sábanas con agujeros y mesillas rotas, no había armario para dejar la ropa, solo unas perchas en una especie de biombo, hacen que no parezca un cuatro estrellas. El desayuno bien, poca variedad pero productos buenos.
