Hotel berhampiran Supermercati Martinelli, Bussolengo

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua locazione, a metà strada tra Garda e Verona, per trascorrere un weekend rilassato, ma anche con diverse opzioni tra attività culturali e di svago. Ci siamo trovati subito bene!! Non abbiamo prenotato l’albergo con l’aspettativa di trascorrere diverse ore al suo interno, ma più con l’obiettivo di starci il tempo necessario per riposarsi, per poi concentrarsi su attività all’esterno dell’hotel; eppure, il giorno del nostro arrivo, dopo un breve tour dell’edificio, abbiamo finito per trascorrere lì il resto della giornata. Staff accogliente e molto attento, hotel ben tenuto e pulito, servizi spa puliti e precisamente attenti all’igiene!! L’unica pecca che segnalerei, che è però legata al luogo in cui è situato l’albergo, è il rumore di macchine. L’albergo si trova, infatti, di fianco ad una superstrada, quindi il rumore è all’ordine del giorno. Per quanto questo rumore non disturbi quando si è all’interno dell’edificio, è comunque sempre presente quando si aprono le finestre o quando si cerca di vivere l’ambiente esterno dell’albergo.

Had stayed here before only because it being very close to the airport ＞ the rooms are nice and comfortable＞ as our flight got cancelled we requested for another night which they did confirm but only after reminding them 4 hours later ＞ The staff needs to be more friendly＞ also after the first night had requested them that the heater (air Conditioner ) of my room did not work last night and was very cold when I come back in the evening nothing was done but they did keep the heater on of the bathroom opened so the room can get warm ＞ but these problems especially in this cold weather should be taken care off ＞ as we stayed here for the more than one night so had breakfast which I would say was just about nothing so great ＞ requested for a big taxi for the airport as we had luggage but they could arrange two small one Ok but it seems that the taxi persons were not informed to where as one of the taxi just took off to the railway station without asking and in two minutes we got to know requested to go to the airport which is hardly any distance from the hotel ＞ paid 15 euro for one taxi and this taxi guy said that he will charge 35 euro which was really strange and bad on his part ＞ only mentioning is that please do be careful and inform the taxi person before he starts the car otherwise you will be overcharged ＞

Bel hotel personale molto gentile e disponibile, stanza grande con bagno ampio con doccia grande, posizione ottima, colazione con molta varietà, contattato la struttura mi hanno permesso di accedere alla stanza prima dell’orario previsto dal check-in, avendo la moto coi bagagli volendo fare un giro per Verona!

Me and a friend stayed here for a ten day holiday, travelling around Northern Italy. We were very pleased with the hotel itself, staff were pleasant and polite, also talkative despite our language barriers. Reception greeted us and got our room sorted quickly after arrival. Our double room was spotless when we arrived, and facilities were just as described. The cleaning staff were brilliant and efficient aswell. The breakfast was great, catering to everyone (cakes, sweets and pastries, savouries, fruits and cereals- all with accompaniments). The location was perfect, it is straight across from a large supermarket and a McDonalds. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the train station, which links you to the bigger cities. The only thing that wasn’t up to our expectation was the A/C and the “sound proof” rooms, as we could hear conversations in the rooms either side of us, as well as kids running around the hallways, giggling at night time. That didn’t take much toll on us, and we still had a brilliant stay. Thanks to the staff for our stay, and we would recommend for an easy getaway :)

Amazing value, great location, polite staff and very clean. 5 Star! I wanted to take this moment to iron out any concerns. Yes the hotel may be of a certain age and yes there may be areas that require updating but PLEASE don’t let this put off booking. We arrived late due to a delay and we were welcomed by a member of staff in the early hours (2am to be exact) who was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed in terms of breakfast and room service. Initially we had feared the reception would be closed but thankfully all was well. Breakfast - being vegan I was worried about this but I did not have to worry. There is a wide selection of fruit (much of it organic), beautiful watermelon, seeded grapes, apricots, peaches etc. Plus, cereals (inc. gluten free options), rice milk, soya milk, fresh bread, jams and more. There were also salad /savoury options available. For non vegans, there is lots to choose from including meats, eggs, cheeses, a wide array of cakes, cereals, croissants and much more. A good range of drinks available too! Bottled water, juices, tea, coffee and more! The room - Very clean throughout with daily room service (including fresh towels daily) We had room 409. A wonderful view overlooking vineyards and a small village heading towards Lazise (well worth a visit). Also great for sunsets! Transport. We recommend renting a car - we only stayed 4 nights but this proved to be the winning ticket where we were able to collect (and drop off) from the airport vs. What may have been a lengthy shuttle transfer. We recommend touring Lake Garda, there is so much to see, the people are great and the charm of the villages/architecture/scenery around the lake is really breathtaking. It takes about 4 hours to lap the lake, recommend in stages to get the best experience. Verona is very close to too (approx 35 minutes by car) and well worth the visit. If you’re feeling ambitious, Venice is 1.5 hours away by car (we plan on visiting when we return) You’ll not go hungry, the food is extremely plentiful and affordable wherever you are in and around the lake (plenty of vegan options too) To summarise, if you’re looking for somewhere with charm, good honest people and service with a smile this is the one. Don’t let a few minor faults with the hotel put you off a holiday to remember. If like us, we were there to experience the culture, the scenery, the people, the food,..not to live in the hotel and pick out small irrelevant faults like cracked bathroom tiles and worn paintwork, this is unrealistic. We look forward to returning in the future and send our best wishes to the staff!

Hotel accogliente con parcheggio privato. Si sentiva profumo di pulito ovunque dai corridoi alle stanze, personale gentile e disponibile, la nostra stanza era molto grande dotata di cassaforte e frigo. Abbiamo richiesto un cuscino in più e un kit cortesia e sono stati pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Posizione comoda per raggiungere i vari borghi del garda e a due passi dalla zona commerciale di affi. Colazione buona.

Bellissima struttura al primo impatto rimani incantato sembra di vivere dentro una favola. I bambini vengono messi in primo piano con i continui spettacoli e giochi di animazione la piscina è grande e bellissima da vedere le stanze sono a tema

Bedden zijn heerlijk om in te slapen. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is anders dan verwacht en zou wat uitgebreider kunnen voor een 4 sterren hotel.
