Lokasi terbaik dan bilik yang sangat bagus.. Penyambut tetamu sangat mesra dan melakukan kerja yang hebat.. Untuk bilik saya menempah bilik premium king deluxe dan bilik itu sangat bagus.. Mempunyai tab mandi juga di dalam bilik itu mempunyai kipas siling + aircond.. Bagi yang tak tahan dengan kesejukan aircond, boleh guna kipas siling.. Overall it was a very nice hotel and will repeat it!

Book bilik Superior twin room Yg best: Self check in kiosk. Tapi ni utk standard booking which 1 nama, 1 bilik. Kalau 1 nama book bilik lebih dari 1 kene p kaunter jugak. No worries, ade staff yg tolong ajar. Lampu dlm bilik banyak weh. Mcm aku jenis tak suka lampu malap2 nih, nak kene terang. Mostly hotel2 lain lampu mmg sikit n malap. Nak suruh bg cepat2 tido kot. Breakfast ok, sedap je. Variety pun ok, ade dlm 12 menu (mi, nasi, bubur, 2 lauk, baked bean, 2 snack, telur, salad, roti). Parking banyak, so x perlu berebut. Yg kureng / kene improve: Kalo boleh add menu buah dgn juice untuk breakfast. Deposit paling mahal kat sini which is 150/room. Tempat lain biasanya 50 atau 100 je. So standby cash banyak sikit ye Pintu balkoni tak boleh kunci, kunci tombol rosak kot.

A very basic hotel but a surprisingly good value stay with all the amenities needed for a quick stay: clean beds, air-conditioning and instant hot-water showers. It even has a lift so you can go up to your room without having to take the stairs. I would also like to commend the staff of the hotel who were friendly and helpful. After checking out, we had an incident where we had lost a wallet and were tracing back all the places we had been to find it. The hotel's staff were professional about it, helping to look for it and even reviewing the security footage. While we didn't manage to find the missing item in the end, we are grateful to the management and staff of the Chariton Hotel for doing what they could to help us.

This hotel have a spacious and comfortable lobby with some cushion sittings and friendly check in staff.. I've a little but comfortable room with a single bed, and a clean bathroom with two panels sliding glass doors ran along the length of the room wall with the shower at one end, the wash basin in the center n the toilet at the other end.. I would say it's a very nice bathroom for the price of the room. Plenty of halal n non halal foods stalls n shops just a short walking distance away, and it only takes a 10 minute walk to the KTM train station, the reason I stayed here as i need to catch the 6.20am morning train

Hotel bajet yang bagus untuk penginapan singkat. Tetapi bilik agak kecil dan tiada peralatan mandian disediakan tv juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Tetapi masih berbaloi dengan harga jika anda mahu tinggal di sini selama 1 malam. Hotel ini juga berdekatan dengan pusat membeli belah seperti lotus , aeon big dan juga sunway . Jadi anda boleh dengan mudah pergi dan membeli sesuatu yang berdekatan. Jika anda mencari hotel bajet hotel ini disyorkan untuk tinggal pendek

Hi. It’s a nice hotel but would be better if every room is provided with cloth iron and atleast each floor got water heater to make hot drink. The price is worth with the hotel facilities but better than nothing. Near to my work place so location is just nice.

Their 'room' pictures are a bit deceptive because the room has no windows but the pictures show a common area with a window. They should specify that the room is windowless. Almost non existent wifi. Fully recommended! If you came for a business appointment and a short stay in Butterworth, Penang, this is a good place to stay. The hotel was really clean and comfy. Food places were easy to find around the area too. There are also parking spots provided.

A very basic hotel but a surprisingly good value stay with all the amenities needed for a quick stay: clean beds, air-conditioning and instant hot-water showers. It even has a lift so you can go up to your room without having to take the stairs. I would also like to commend the staff of the hotel who were friendly and helpful. After checking out, we had an incident where we had lost a wallet and were tracing back all the places we had been to find it. The hotel's staff were professional about it, helping to look for it and even reviewing the security footage. While we didn't manage to find the missing item in the end, we are grateful to the management and staff of the Chariton Hotel for doing what they could to help us.

This hotel have a spacious and comfortable lobby with some cushion sittings and friendly check in staff.. I've a little but comfortable room with a single bed, and a clean bathroom with two panels sliding glass doors ran along the length of the room wall with the shower at one end, the wash basin in the center n the toilet at the other end.. I would say it's a very nice bathroom for the price of the room. Plenty of halal n non halal foods stalls n shops just a short walking distance away, and it only takes a 10 minute walk to the KTM train station, the reason I stayed here as i need to catch the 6.20am morning train
