Perfect location and wonderful rooms lots of ammenties yummy breakfast perfect location for the city take away and zabkas close by remember shops stop selling alcohol locally at 22pm from offf license.

Konum iyi ama ön cephe hariç manzara yok. Ön cephenin hem dolu olduğunu hem de ekstra fiyat olduğunu söyleyerek oda vermediler. Kahvaltıları çok yüksek fiyatlı. Halbuki otelin hemen yanında çok güzel ve göreceli olarak çok daha uygun olan mekanlar var.

Short trip, one night stay. The location is central and the staff very friendly. I paid extra for breakfast which had a decent selection, nothing too fancy but for a small town it’s worth the money one would spend. The room was small however it was comfortable

Very comfortable room,smart public areas and friendly staff. Super water pressure in the shower and spacious bathroom. Great location opposite Opera nova near the old town(stare miasto) and the new. For the noise sensitive, you can hear the rumble of the trams,but I quite liked it.

The Hotel is situated approx a 5 min walk from the old town/ Squre, where there are a number of bars and places to eat. There is a tram stop a very short walk from the hotel, which you can get to the train station from and where you can visit further afield, if you want (we did). I had a Privalage Room, which was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed (Coffee machine. Kettle, Safe, mini-bar, TV, plenty of sockets for charging phones etc). The bathroom had a big walk in shower and was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of choices of food at breakfast, from local food to cooked breakfast (Buffet style). All the food was fresh and well presented. The Hotel has a bar, which had an assortment of local and international drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I was ever in this area again, I would stay here for certain. The prices were very reasonable.

Hotel is right in the heart of the city. We arrived early and was able to leave our bags. Check in was at 3, but the lady on reception told us to come back at one and a room would be ready. Room was on the first floor overlooking the carpark. The bed was massive. Room was very warm though despite turning off the radiators. Meant we woke a couple of times during the night as too warm. Hotel was very quiet. Lovely hot powerful shower. Good choice at breakfast Friendly staff.

A very costly 1 night stay. If you are looking for hotels in Bydgoszcz chances are you are looking at this place or the holiday inn with not much choice otherwise. Unfortunately with such a monopoly the cost of this hotel was very expensive, even more so for my visit which was booked in advance and sadly didn't drop in price. Coming from another Mercure in Gdansk which was £60 cheaper a night, I can say only the breakfast and size of the room surpassed my experience there. Dont get me wrong, I didn't have a negative experience, I'm just a little horrified thinking how that cost was ever justifiable. The room was clean, I had access to a shared small outdoor terrace, although in winter the seating was obviously removed, and the views weren't anything stunning. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was really good - I mean it's among one of the best I've had. Quite compact buffet style but enough choice, hot food, warm plates and enough seating! Location is really good being in the centre and near the main museums. It's surprisingly quick to get to and from the railway station via the tram network. I've given the whole experience a 3 star rating because there was little to separate my experience from other hotels I've stayed that were significantly cheaper and provided same level of service.

The location is perfect for the city and is very close to the square and some great restaurants. The hotel has a nice bar area. with a comfortable restaurant area serving a very passable breakfast. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a lovely roof top terrace you can take your drinks up to. The staff were also welcoming and helpful. Very reasonably priced for a good quality hotel

Excellent hotel, located 5 mins walk from the old town. Rooms are the best I've had in a Mercure and the staff were friendly. Breakfast is a little pricey as there are alternatives nearby. Would definitely recommend the Mercure.
