The hotel is easy to find, the room is a bit small, free parking zone could be found next to the gate

Easy check in and check out. The room was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom, which was positively gleaming. The cleaners were always polite and said hello. Location next door to a nice mall which was handy for shopping and for a food court. The bus stop for the airport is outside the mall which made the trip to the airport a breeze. A 15-minute walk to the old town

It is not too bad to stay in this hotel.

Excellent Hotel . Clean bright and well appointed. 10 minutes walk to the old town or quick jump on a tram. Excellent hotel in a great city!

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old town but close to the bus station and main route to the airport. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The carpet was stained but the room was very clean otherwise. The shower was very good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We didn’t eat in the restaurant otherwise but did have a drink in the bar. The bar is not cosy and closes at 10 pm.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, w dobrej lokalizacji. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje czystość i profesjonalna miła obsługa.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pokój czysty. Wielkość i standard taki, jakiego się spodziewaliśmy, czyli bardzo zadowalający. Śniadanie bogate, duży wybór różnych potraw. Od Starego Miasta piechotką 20 minut.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetna obsługa, urozmaicony bufet śniadaniowy - wszystko jak należy :)

Wygodnie, nowocześnie, czysto i tanio! Na pewno wrócimy tam przy kolejnej wizycie w Bydgoszczy :)

Wszystko super, tylko trochę ciemno, poza tym rewelacja, polecam.

Przez ponad półtorej godziny na korytarzu hotelu w godzinach od 2 do 3:30 w nocy odbywały się bijatyki krzyki walenie w drzwi pokoi przez awanturujące się bydło, recepcja w ogolę nie reagowała. Przy zwróceniu uwagi przy wymeldowaniu pracownik recepcji stwierdził ze każdy ma prawo być w hotelu. Stanowczo nie polecam i sam będę unikał i odradzał każdemu ktokolwiek będzie chciał korzystać z sieci tych hoteli.

Was OK. Room clean etc. Room maids do good job. Bar open evening weekends. Shame about restaurant not open on weekend evening. Staff on desk knowledgeable and happy smile. Good location if you need it in that area. Close to tram/bus,#80 direct to airport. huge shopping, complex , literally, next door. Would tick all boxes if it were not for restaurant closed at weekend evenings.

The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable the shower room was nice and clean but the toilet roll holder should be moved it’s in the wrong place. Breakfast was very good caters for everybody………….
