28 degrees epitomizes luxury and relaxation and exudes romanticism - whilst also allowing you the convenience of being in the heart of Byron and two blocks to the beach. The host and staff are welcoming, informative, generous with their time to ensure you know all the best dinner venues and ensuring you have a pleasant stay. In room breakfast and coffee is delightful, and to top it off everything is locally sourced. You would not know there was anyone else staying, its serene.

Amazing place , great location - you are in Byron Bay centre effectively in a couple of minutes but without the noise. Fabulous room with lots of luxury touches , cute plunge pool , very private , dedicated parking space and warm welcome. Recommend you come..

Exceptional - Could not have asked for anything more and we are already planning how to go back again. I would love to list all the great things about our stay but there would be too many things to cover. The hospitality, the location, the decor, the comfy bed... everything could want in a get away and more.

28 degrees is perfectly located waking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. From the moment you enter you are greeted by warmth and tranquility of a beautiful decorated home. We had the pleasure of meeting Maureen the manager whose hospitality is second to none. We had a wonderful 5 day stay and highly recommended 28 degrees. It is extremely clean, includes breakfast and has a delightful lap pool overlooking the palm trees. We would definitely go back, thank you 28 degrees, Lisa and Ange , Melbourne.

A lovely b&b close enough to central Byron Bay Town and the beach that you can walk everywhere but not near the noise and busy streets. The service was great, we loved the complimentary in-room breakfast, drinks and sparkling wine. The room is beautiful, a little small but has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We used the complimentary bikes to get around and Maureen was so accommodating with everything.

The room we had was incredible. The decor of the room was light and cozy, a good size for two people, and we had a little pool in an outside lounging area all to ourselves. Our host provided other thoughtful amenities as well that helped make this trip great and encouraged us to explore Byron Bay. Would come back again!

The stay was simply beautiful. It was a calm and tranquil stay in the hub of Byron - secluded from the outside but perfectly close to town. I felt so special when I was there and would go back in a heartbeat! The private pool was a real treat and what really impressed me was the careful and well intended detail that went into every single element of the offering.

A stunning place, loved everything about it. The quality of the rooms was impeccable. Gorgeous linen sheets and covers, wonderful little breakfast in the room. In 6 weeks traveling in Australia this is probably my favorite place. Scaled back luxury at its finest. Wonderful hosts, very welcoming and helpful and the location couldn’t be better.

We stayed here during our 4 day visit to the wonderful Byron Bay! What a gem of an accommodation - fabulous large room, wonderful welcome on arrival and located right in the heart of everything that’s happening within Byron Bay. Really comfy bed, great bathroom and even a plunge pool for extra luxury.! Highly Recommended.
