Good location to stay in Caceres. Walking distance to all places of interests. Hotel is 4-star but I feel it is more basic. No kettle provided in room.

酒店服務非常好，非常友善。受限於上一城大巴票緊張，我們坐夜間大巴到達這裏，到達酒店時是清晨六點，前台友善地提前辦理入住讓我們到房間休息，旅行中遇到這樣的服務真是特別好的體驗。 酒店房間大、位置很好，與古城幾步之遙，衞生好，隔音，差了一點點

位置在老城中心，去景點很方便。有地下停車場，房間比較小，加了沙發床後不太好轉身。早餐很棒。

No estuve gran tiempo en el hotel pero sí para dormir y la verdad que escuchaba bastante ruido no sé si de las limpiadoras o la habitación de al lado y la verdad que me desperté muchas veces. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Todo muy bien, el desayuno algo justo pero está bien (faltaría algo más de variedad) El único problema surgió en el baño, la ducha revisa y a veces se sales el agua, pero por lo demás, la estancia ha sido muy agradable.

We last stayed here four years ago and liked it a lot. This time we really loved it! We came back on the strength of the hotel being so close to all the historic sights and because of the fabulous apple cake at the breakfast buffet. Both were still as good! We had a room facing the street on the 2nd floor and, thanks to two sets of double glazed windows, it was nice and quiet. Modern and with everything we needed: a safe, fridge, nice toiletries, comfy beds. All the staff were so friendly, especially the young man on reception from Zafra. Highly recommended. We were a week in this hotel and think it does not warrant 4 stars as there are no facilities. Very impersonal but location is good. Beds comfortable, good breakfast. However we were on the top floor with 2 terraces we could not use because of the sun and no umbrellas. When there was some shade on one terrace there were no chairs There does not seem to be any staff besides for breakfast. As previously mentioned neither a bar nor a restaurant availale. A hotel run by accountants, completely impersonal.

Great location in best part of downtown, lots to see , attractions etc. the only down side no bar or restaurant vacilities. Not sure why this was. So check before you book. Our room was super with lovely patio with views over the city, beautiful when all lit up.

I went to Exe Agora CACERES with my 85 year old parents. We booked in advance thinking that like any other hotel they would be offering all the basic services for a 4 star Hotel. When we arrived there we learned that the hotel does not offer any restaurant/bar facilities not any room service. So after a long day out you could not have a simple sandwich not a salad without having had to step out meanwhile was raining cats and dogs outside. In their website is very clear the fantastic culinary options at the hotel but there was none. All the restaurants and hotels around the area were offering all services but not them. When I complained they refer to the Covid situation even though is now almost normal at most hospitality venues. We were charged over €400/night for a doble room with an extra bed. I wrote a letter to the manager and his answer was very nice eventhough he admitted that it could have been confusing when looking at the services the hotel was offering on the website but of course no discount or refund was offered. My view is not that is confusing it is just misleading people. My advice is do not stay at this hotel as there are many other hotels in the city that are cheaper with much better services.

Habitaciones amplias, camas y almohadas confortables. Céntrico con parking en el hotel, o público a 300 metros (precio max. 12 euros por día). La insonorización un poco deficiente. Un detalle a destacar, la botella de agua de regalo, muy agradecida para dias de calor.

Hotel céntrico, silencioso y con garaje ( ascensor). Camas muy cómodas. Baño con bañera.( al menos en nuestras habitación. Esta correcto. Complementos generosos. Personal correcto. La ventaja del hotel es que estás a 10 minutos del centro.

Hotel cercano al centro, con buenas instalaciones, desayuno buffet variado y personal muy amable y con ganas. El recepcionista nos explicó las zonas de interés para visitar y nos dio consejos para la visita. El personal del desayuno muy amable, nos indicaron cómo llegar a la terraza de la azotea para disfrutar de las vistas a la zona antigua. La habitación daba a un patio interior (se agradece porque había un festival de música en la plaza mayor y no se oía nada desde la habitación, por lo que pudimos descansar). El patio interior es amplio y agradable. Las habitaciones están cuidadas y actualizadas. La peor parte es la cama, era pequeña y un poco incómoda, quizás necesita renovación o el uso de sobrecolchón para mejorarla. Por lo demás muy a gusto con nuestra estancia y calidad-precio muy buena

Hotel bien ubicado, pero trato no excesivamente amable. En mi caso, habitación interior, sin vista alguna, oscura y mal iluminada. Ante la posibilidad de un cambio a otra exterior se me responde que no sin tan siquiera consultar si es posible y con un tono nada empático. Así pues, la estancia depende de la suerte en la concesión de la habitación. En cuanto al pago, lo exigen por adelantado, nada más hacer el check in. Respecto a las habitaciones, decoración impersonal y que pide a gritos una renovación. En fin, un sitio que puede compensar por ubicación y precio, nada más

Pues, qué puedo decir del hotel. Sintiéndolo mucho, ya que no me gusta escribir críticas malas, uno de los peores hoteles en los que he estado y mira que conozco unos cuántos ya. La habitación raquítica y encima con puerta interior que daba a otra habitación lindante (Cerrada claro está. Menos mal, que los Vecinos fueron buenos y no dieron ruido).Cama de matrimonio de 1,35 m. ( Nunca en un hotel, había dormido en una cama de ése tamaño), encogidos toda la noche y sin poder casi ni estirarte.Para dejar la maleta en el porta-maletas, había que pasar por un ínfimo hueco entre la cama y la pared,que la maleta no entraba ni de lado. Vistas maravillosas a un patio interior, que casi, casi, daba la mano y un beso a los Clientes de enfrente y un calorazo horroroso en la habitación, que gracias a Dios, en ésta época del año, no hacía calor en Cáceres, que si no, me derrito. Parking de ascensor y el bar de la Planta Baja, siempre cerrado. Un Cuatro estrellas, que bien merecía algunas menos.Lo mejor, la ubicación al centro de la ciudad y el desayuno.
