We had Friday night here Our room 128 was clean and quite but a view like a prison just awful The room was very cold of check in and the heating was noisey We did get a good sleep Table table was closed for breakfast due to weather Staff a good and friendly

This hotel is in a good location, parking is across the road £5.50 for 24 hours.Room comfortable and clean.I'd like to thank the staff who were friendly, cheerful and efficient. We had booked the wrong room,but they changed it to a more suitable one with the minimum of fuss.Thank you all.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff in an awesome location. Parking is easily available nearby in the Council run car parks. Room was very large and clean. Just a few minutes walk from town or right on the doorstep of the stunning harbour area. Only downside is the breakfast. DO NOT have the breakfast. Nearly all items were gone by 8:30am and staff nowhere to be seen. It was a shame as everything else bout the stay was fantastic.

The room was very clean and well laid out as normal, the bed very comfy as expected. Sadly the heating was appalling and actually made the room feel colder due to the draft it caused. The pub that is partnered to be used, was awful. Very disorganised, I got given the wrong drink, the food arrived and half the fish was rock hard and had to be returned. I would say that Premier Inn would be better off disassociating themselves with it.. I will always try and pick Premier Inn and will continue to do so for the time being, I hope this is just a one off..

This was by far a disappointing stay. Having previously stayed in many Premier Inns we had an expectation of the standard and service. The first room we were allocated was not thoroughly cleaned, so we complained and the second room was clean but shabby. An alarm went off at 2.00am and we were not contacted or informed as to what had happened. The staff were not really invested in helping us, when we requested replenishment of the toilet paper, the attitude was dismissive and rude. In summary, the experience we had does not reflect the quality advertised in the TV commercials.

Friendly reception team. Phoned us to check if there was anything we needed before we arrived, personal touch was much appreciated. Welcome note and Cadbury Cookies on arrival. Slightly dated but extremely clean. All we needed for breakfast and an ace location on the harbour. We’ll be back.

Stayed so many times and generally really happy. This time - a selection: Heating didn’t work.. took an age to get a heater, as no room swap available to hotel being (apparently) full No toilet paper TV reception so poor only 1 channel available Free WiFi just didn’t work Shower pressure weak and shower head broken But THE NOISE! A constant on/off hum that was there all night and still there when we checked out. We didn’t mention at the time as (see above) we knew there were no spare rooms, and when I offered to go and demonstrate it at check out they said it was unnecessary and they would explore. Got the feeling room 201 is an issue… and they know it. The staff were great - not their fault The breakfast was also a bun fight over cold food with a claimed “global shortage of orange juice”. Hilarious Such a shame…
