Отель в исторической части города - это прекрасно, но если у вас багаж, имейте ввиду, что вам придется по брусчатке высоко вверх подниматься, а это не весело, особенно в жару!!! Отель расположен на старинной узкой улочке, где ваше окно смотрит в окно дома напротив… Мало солнечного света, мрачновато. Мебель из тяжелого дерева, громоздкая и неуютная. В номерах не предусмотрено употребление пищи, отсутствуют чайные принадлежности. Комната приема пищи расположена в подвальном помещении, где можно сварить кофе, приготовить чай или какао; есть сок и вода, печенье, тосты, масло, джем, йогурт, хлопья и молоко. Эти продукты предлагаются в качестве завтрака. Достоинство одно - исторический центр города🤷♀️

Service was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

I do recommend this accommodation Excellent Location very clean superb staff very quiet very comfortable and also I loved the shower :-) I had a lovely stay For me it was convenient because it was very close to the train station 2 minutes walking ( just one stop train ride from the airport ) and also I was using the train for my next destination Besides it’s very close to the center city You can walk to everywhere The host gave me good restaurants suggestions I would stay there again and again That’s the place to stay in Cagliari!!!

L'unico lato positivo di questa struttura è che si trova a due passi dal centro. Per il resto esperienza da dimenticare! La struttura ha uno sgradevole odore di stantio che si sente persino dalla strada e che in camera è davvero fastidioso, inoltre nei corridoi aleggia sempre un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Per raggiungere le camere è necessario inerpicarsi su una (o due!) lunga e ripida scalinata che, avendo un paio di bagagli non leggerissimi al seguito, rischia anche di essere piuttosto pericolosa. Avevamo prenotato la camera con colazione, salvo poi scoprire che la ”colazione” consisteva in un ”kit” lasciato direttamente in camera (biscotto e fetta biscottata + una bustina di tè). Se fosse stato segnalato che la colazione era di tal fatta non avremmo certo pagato l'extra! Ci è capitato di chiedere un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntivo e non era disponibile. La doccia aveva più o meno le dimensioni di una bara! E' abbastanza facile posteggiare in zona, ma quasi esclusivamente a pagamento e solo in strada. La via in cui si trova la struttura è piuttosto rumorosa sino a tarda sera e dalla mattina presto.

I would highly recommend Hotel Italia. The rooms are pretty plain and simple , but clean and the bathroom has an excellent shower and modern fittings. The air conditioning worked really well and there is a fridge stocked with a few free drinks which was nice. Some of the rooms have balconies. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and only paper cups to drink from. The breakfast room/bar is nice and light and spacious and there is a lovely terrace area to sit outside. It was a bid odd that the terrace is closed between 10.30am and 12 noon, but the rest of the time it is open and we enjoyed a few cocktails there. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is really central. It is on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise, we were on the 4th floor so well away from any street noise at all. Our only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast. Hot water and black coffee are put out in large silver urns at 7am with no insulation or heating, so by around 9am they are tepid. Consequently everyone was ordering fresh drinks from the coffee machine at the bar, which are great and for no extra charge, however it meant that one of the 2 breakfast staff was fully occupied making hot drinks. Therefore food on the buffet was frequently running out and not replenished. The choice on the buffet was quite poor. It would have been lovely to have some fresh, sliced tomatoes and also better quality bread. The pineapple being served was almost rotten. The cakes looked good. One of our party was Vegan and all they could offer was some gluten free cakes, dry crackers and bread. As we hadn’t made them aware beforehand of this, we hoped that once they were aware they may have provided something better the next days, but unfortunately not. Despite breakfast, I would still recommend this hotel for an excellent value stay in Cagliari! De

 WOW, Fantastic, charming, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, smiling, people who really enjoy their work and therefore make the client feel so at home. The hotel could have been a rundown rabbit hutch and it still would have felt great - but it isn”t. It's a cleverly designed, modern small hotel, each room (from what I saw) individually decorated but all following the same clean lines, very comfortable and calming neutral colours. Obviously the sea view rooms have the best views. Breakfast was delicious with a good varied menu and the hot course made on the spot. All in all a really delightful stay and it's ideally located right at the end of the Via Roma, 10 minutes from the train and bus stations. Hotel is situated outside of the town. One visitor came for business and one for pleasure. Even though a BW elite member we were given a room on the first floor. These floors do not have an outside area. Reception staff are fantastic and friendly and helpful for recommendations. Our room overlooked the shabby building next door, dated room but clean, even though it has a small kitchenette you are not provided with any means to cook if you wanted to. Decor is dated, but bed is quite comfy. Breakfast... Is very disappointing, which seems to be the norm in Italy. Hardly any choice and nothing hot. Could not say I'd recommend for a holiday for pleasure but I was joining my husband for business.

Amazing stay at this hotel on our first visit to Sardinia! The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming during our stay and always very happy to assist us. Rooms were cleaned to perfection, breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a couple of relaxing bike rides along the promenade! Bus route is also excellent to the centre as taxis are few and far between. We cannot wait to return!
