Hotel berhampiran Parco di San Michele, Cagliari

Luisa ha gestito il nostro soggiorno con gentilezza e competenza. Ci ha fornito consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno...Abbiamo effettuato checkin e checkout in autonomia con i codici forniti da Luisa è stato molto pratico. La camera era pulita con arredamento moderno ma le dimensioni erano un pochino ristrette. Noi avevamo richiesto il balcone..ma per definirlo tale ci vuole della fantasia..era un minuscolo poggiolo dove in due si stava a fatica con affaccio poco bello...Bagno ok. Cagliari ci è piaciuta molto, veramente pulita e tranquilla con gente educata e rispettosa degli altri. Si camminava per la città a qualsiasi ora senza mai essere disturbate o importunate da nessuno. Consiglio di andare a vedere i fenicotteri e le spiaggie Calafighiera, Calamosca, e la spiaggia Poetto raggiungibili facilmente con gli autobus da Cagliari. Mangiare del buon pesce fresco con tranquillità di fronte ad un mare bellissimo ci ha rilassato molto. Siamo state benissimo ......

Bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de Cagliari et surtout à quelques pas de la gare. Chambre correcte, taille suffisante donnant sur le boulevard mais bien insonorisée. Par contre les magnifiques arbres du boulevard font beaucoup d’ombre… au 1 er étage on allume en journée. Attention : pas de petit déjeuner, juste une boîte avec quelques biscottes et gâteaux secs + café soluble ou thé. Pas de réception non plus pour un des établissements, il faut appeler le réceptionniste où se déplacer à l’autre adresse (proche).

Ho dormito 2 notti il 30 e 31 agosto 2024, il costo è adeguato ai servizi forniti ed era comprensivo della colazione. L'alloggio sito in Via Maddalena 14 è molto curato, pulito e silenzioso ed è vicinissimo alla stazione centrale dei treni e al porto e diverse linee di autobus hanno le fermate a due passi dall'appartamento. Il centro città è a 5 minuti a piedi ed infatti ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare i diversi centri di interesse turistico, abbiamo utilizzato l'autobus soltanto per raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto e visitare il Parco Regionale. Il personale è cortese ed efficiente, hanno risposto sempre con celerità ad ogni richiesta. L'accesso all'appartamento è stato facilitato tramite l'utilizzo di codici, preventivamente comunicati, al portone d'ingresso del palazzo e a quello del pianerottolo, mentre per entrare nella camera ci hanno fatto trovare sul bancone all'ingresso la key card. La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, di ottima linea wifi, di un televisore piatto di buone dimensioni, ed ha a disposizione un bollitore con filtri del te e varie tisane oltre a buonissimi biscotti. Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

I would highly recommend Hotel Italia. The rooms are pretty plain and simple , but clean and the bathroom has an excellent shower and modern fittings. The air conditioning worked really well and there is a fridge stocked with a few free drinks which was nice. Some of the rooms have balconies. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and only paper cups to drink from. The breakfast room/bar is nice and light and spacious and there is a lovely terrace area to sit outside. It was a bid odd that the terrace is closed between 10.30am and 12 noon, but the rest of the time it is open and we enjoyed a few cocktails there. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is really central. It is on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise, we were on the 4th floor so well away from any street noise at all. Our only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast. Hot water and black coffee are put out in large silver urns at 7am with no insulation or heating, so by around 9am they are tepid. Consequently everyone was ordering fresh drinks from the coffee machine at the bar, which are great and for no extra charge, however it meant that one of the 2 breakfast staff was fully occupied making hot drinks. Therefore food on the buffet was frequently running out and not replenished. The choice on the buffet was quite poor. It would have been lovely to have some fresh, sliced tomatoes and also better quality bread. The pineapple being served was almost rotten. The cakes looked good. One of our party was Vegan and all they could offer was some gluten free cakes, dry crackers and bread. As we hadn’t made them aware beforehand of this, we hoped that once they were aware they may have provided something better the next days, but unfortunately not. This is a unique boutique hotel experience. The concept is a great one for artist lovers and those who crave something distinctive while across from the Port in Cagliari. Our room was stunningly decorated and a treat to come to. HOWEVER, it was unbearably small. I would recommend that you consider the largest room available. We had little room for our luggage and had to climb over things to get to the other side of the room. We are small statured people and it was still a struggle. The hotel is green conscious. Had great food, and the best coffee on the island. If you require dependable WiFi and internet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The connection dropped throughout our 5 day stay and on our last evening, the power went out for the entire evening, over a 12 hour period. For about 5 hours, the power came on and off, but kept kicking off. We were never provided with an explanation for it, just that our side of the building was affected and that they were looking into the situation. At 12 midnight, I demanded an explanation, and the staff person basically said that they were told the matter would be fixed by the city centre by 9PM BUT by midnight there was nothing that could be done according to the staff. By 9PM there was NO POWER to us until approximately 7AM and nothing was offered to us to make up for the situation. I asked for a refund for the evening but the working staff refused to accommodate us, they had no authority to follow through with anything. We had prepaid through our travel agent, who now tells us that we needed to deal with the hotel directly. Our time on Sardinia was a lovely dream come true, HOWEVER, this last night has left a real sour experience to our holiday.

 WOW, Fantastic, charming, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, smiling, people who really enjoy their work and therefore make the client feel so at home. The hotel could have been a rundown rabbit hutch and it still would have felt great - but it isn”t. It's a cleverly designed, modern small hotel, each room (from what I saw) individually decorated but all following the same clean lines, very comfortable and calming neutral colours. Obviously the sea view rooms have the best views. Breakfast was delicious with a good varied menu and the hot course made on the spot. All in all a really delightful stay and it's ideally located right at the end of the Via Roma, 10 minutes from the train and bus stations. Grazie mille Eleonora, Angelo and Luca (Mattia in absentia) and of course the young ”breakfast” ladies.

The building is beautifully designed and very elegant. Our room is extremely comfortable with all the amenities expected from a modern bedroom. This includes the ability to use our Netflix account projected onto a TV screen. The rooftop terrace is just perfect with a lovely covered section where we have set up 2 comfy chairs and footstools. The restaurant meals are excellent and plentiful. If you wanted to you could spend all your time here. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The staff are courteous and helpful. Bravo this was a great choice.👏👏

Hotel is situated outside of the town. One visitor came for business and one for pleasure. Even though a BW elite member we were given a room on the first floor. These floors do not have an outside area. Reception staff are fantastic and friendly and helpful for recommendations. Our room overlooked the shabby building next door, dated room but clean, even though it has a small kitchenette you are not provided with any means to cook if you wanted to. Decor is dated, but bed is quite comfy. Breakfast... Is very disappointing, which seems to be the norm in Italy. Hardly any choice and nothing hot. Could not say I'd recommend for a holiday for pleasure but I was joining my husband for business.

Amazing stay at this hotel on our first visit to Sardinia! The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming during our stay and always very happy to assist us. Rooms were cleaned to perfection, breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a couple of relaxing bike rides along the promenade! Bus route is also excellent to the centre as taxis are few and far between. We cannot wait to return!
