Hotel berhampiran Fetish Trading, Cainta

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! 1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

We have been going to Edsa Shangrila for family staycations for a long time now. It's our whole family's favorite quick getaway. We feel most comfortable and taken cared of at Edsa Shangrila. Our kids especially love swimming in the pool. We would like to give a special shout out to Sir Manny (lifeguard) for chatting with our 2 boys from time to time and for always keeping our kids safe while swimming. Thank you too to Sir Oteph Silvan, lifeguard for taking care of us. For my husband and I, we enjoy having drinks and peanuts at the Pool Bar made relaxing and easy with the impeccable service headed by Mavic and the whole Pool Bar team, Chef Anthony and Nikki! Of course, the whole stay won't be complete without experiencing dining at The Heat. We are most at home with our friends at Heat namely, Kap Mike Cifra, Angelica Banal, Stephen Manuel, Vergel Siason, and of course with Chef Anthony Catipay. Special shout out too to Luigi Bautista, Service Associate from guest service center who always took care of our Heat dining reservations and for the care he has has given us during our stay. Thank you too to Sheryl Meneses for her attention to details in keeping our rooms so clean and comfy. Edsa Shangrila is definitely a place we call home because of the great accommodations and the excellent service of people who work there that have become our good friends as well. We'll definitely be back because of them.

I really had fun staying in this hotel despite of the restrictions brought about by the pandemic. Ralph, the Manager, in this hotel was very helpful even during the times when I was still in Canada and trying to book/reschedule my hotel reservation. He was very helpful and easy to reply when I have concerns about my reservation. The Front Desk staff were always cheerful and easily attend to my needs every time I call them. I stayed there for 4 nights but no words can say how happy I was that I booked my hotel reservation with them. Thank you.

Room is so big and staff was able to resolve the problem occured with my bookings. Overall, we enjoyed the birthday celbration of my two little sisters! Thank you Villa Jhoana for the experience! Love it. Bonus points for being pet friendly room!!!

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

This was my favorite hotel in the philippines. Until the last trip where we were blamed for smoking in the room. Which the staff clearly tells you you can do on the balcony. Upon check out, they seen a cigarette butt. In the trash can and then charged me.An additional ten thousand pesos. Asking for the policy on smoking, it states nowhere that the room cannot have cigarette butts and things of that nature within the waistcans. After questioning the staff regarding the fine the Staff constantly told me you could smoke on the balcony.But not in the room. But then continue to find me for smoking in the room, even though the smoke detector did not deploy. I think in front of them about the problem.And they left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half for a manager to contact me. The rooms also lack certain items that they claim. They have some have washers machines some don't. Beware of the bath and the shower they're super. Tall and super dangerous to climb in and out of i'm not sure who designed that, but they need to go back and look at the architecture. For some reason, the first time i've ever seen in my forty years of life, someone decided to put the bathroom lock on the bottom of the door i'm not sure what they decided to accomplish with this, but even when I tried to lock the door it was unlockable. The views are beautiful, however, and the pool downstairs is pretty nice. The spa though sucks, however, because you have to take 2 elevator rides to actually get to where you're going right running around the hotel in a bath robe... The room denies and the layout's good spokennoise but with the recent issues with a ten thousand peso fine For no fault Of our own and the staff leaving me hanging while running away and not confronting the issue.I will not be staying at oakwood again.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

We chanced upon Altaroca Resorts when we searched for top resorts/accomodations in Antipolo. With less expectations during online booking, we were greeted by a friendly security guard who ushered us to the parking area and to the reception/front desk and by the housekeeping staff who assisted us with our bags up to our rooms. The staffs are all approachable and friendly. The rooms (we booked the twin sharing and triple sharing rooms) are modern and clean with comfortable bed and pillows. It is good that the shower comes with a heater. We enjoyed the 3 pools (kiddie, lounge and lap pools). The food is also very good. Downside though, since it is a mountain resort, the rooms,restaurant, pools are only accessible via stairs. Overall, the resort is a very nice place to chill, relax and unwind. We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Altaroca. Highly recommendable! And we will come back, definitely!

Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet. Thank you, Savoy Hotel.
