The people are very accommodating and the place is very clean and orderly. Location is easy to access.

Overall, Stradella is a decent hotel — clean enough, staff are nice, has a gym and a pool. The only problem is that the air conditioner is very old, broken, and making a really loud noise that interrupts one's sleep. We respectfully asked the reception if we can be moved to a different room with a better AC unit because we couldn't sleep, but she said all the AC units are the same. She didn't even bother to check. To make things worse, we noticed that the fridge was also making occasional high pitch noise. So disappointing :( Note: Tripadvisor doesn't have the option to upload a video so there's no way for me to show the noise. But I uploaded a photo instead.

Very nice this place, and clean. So happy to stay my family here, it's like my own house, all you need is available even the food and snacks. I will highly recommend 👍👍👍

a new drive in hotel in East Ortigas. Thematic and Deluxe rooms are well designed and maintained. They have a wide variety of menu selection. Speed of service and food delivery is fantastic . Staff are courteous. Overall great experience and you can feel how they value Privacy by means of speedy service.

I stayed at this hotel for 2x 4 days before and after going on a tour in the Visayas in June 2024, as well as 7 days in September 2023. My girlfriend lives nearby so this hotel was a good option. Booking was a bit complicated, I visited their facebook page and wrote a mail to the available email address but didn't get any response. After 2-3 days I decided to chat them directly on fb and was able to book my stay. However, I was asked to pay in cash when I was there, I don't think paying by card is possible. After arriving at the hotel, everything got uncomplicated. The staff there is very nice and room service can be requested every day. The rooms are labelled with tourist spots which is fun. The rooms are clean and include AC, Wifi, a TV and a fridge. Some of the windows can't be shut completely so it's possible to discover small insects such as (small) cockroaches or mosquitos. The hotel is located directly in front of a road that leads to a larger road 5 min away. This means easy access to tricycles/jeeps, some stores and food stalls/restaurants on one side, on the other side also that it can get noisy in the morning. The hotel has a restaurant with a rather large selection of food of which everything I ordered was very delicious. Overall good experience, if you're looking for a low price hotel for staying in Caita for a few days I can recommend it. Manila can be reached by Grab in 45 min if the traffic isn't bad.
